I would like to express my sincere gratitude to lawyer Andrey Kolychev for defending me in court in a criminal case on hooliganism (Part 3 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code) and for the most positive result in this case.

Andrey Yurievich developed a strategy to protect me in court, and made every effort to protect me. Together with the lawyer, we planned the upcoming work in court for a long time, discussed my position, and worked out all possible options for the development of the situation.

As a result, the court imposed on me the minimum possible punishment in this situation -
restriction of liberty without referral, although the prosecutor asked for a much more severe punishment for me.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to lawyer Kolychev Andrey Yuryevich for successfully conducting a civil case on the recognition of my father's ownership of the apartment.
Back in Soviet times, my father was issued a warrant for an apartment, but my dad did not register ownership of it. I had to go to court with a claim, because there was no other way to register the apartment as a property. Andrey Yurievich helped to collect all the necessary documents, drafted a competent statement of claim and represented my father's interests in court. As a result, the court recognized the father's ownership of the apartment, i.e. the case was considered in our favor.
Andrey Yurievich is always in touch, explained all the nuances of the legislation, really tried to help us in solving such a difficult issue. I definitely recommend contacting him. Thanks!
