I had a tragedy because of the negligence of my neighbors in the suburban area. They built a bonfire, which then flew across the road, burned down 50 meters of the field and my buildings to the ground, and only 2 70% burnt walls remained of the house. As a result, after the investigative measures, our valiant police gave an administrative fine to one of the perpetrators, and I was left "with a broken trough", with embers and without any compensation. The matter was further complicated by the fact that the house with buildings was not insured, and according to the BTI its residual value was 3,000 rubles.
Actually, this forced me to look for a lawyer. Before Ilya Igorevich, I was consulted by about 5 lawyers and all with the condition of my situation said that 90% of me would not succeed. After the consultation, I.I. Pankov had hope, he promised nothing, explained the risks, studied the documents very carefully and gave the impression of a very reasonable person.
As a result, before the trial, we had several meetings and the collection of documents, Ilya Igorevich himself went to the local police department to study the case, everything was very delayed, but as it turned out, everything was not in vain.
There were 4 defendants (the arsonist, the documentary owner and the family who actually owned the property). 2 lawyers. After the meetings, the results were also discussed. I would like to note the very competent conduct of hearings in the courtroom, the questions that he asked the defendants, caught the smallest differences in testimony, etc., in general, in my opinion, Ilya Igorevich chose the only correct tactics and strategy of behavior, when to ask what questions, when to attach what documents to the case. As a result, thanks to Ilya Igorevich, we managed to win the case, and the amount that the defendants had to return as damages increased many times.
Also, after Ilya Igorevich repeatedly gave me advice on how to get money out faster with the help of an OPI, and thanks to this, the damage was paid to me not in 15 years but in 4 months.

I have repeatedly asked Pankov Ilya Igorevich for help, starting in 2019.
During this time, I have formed the main thing that helps me choose my lawyer — TRUST.
