I was consulted by Ksenia on a rather complicated issue; the other lawyers I contacted either refused to take the case or gave me logical solutions to the problem (but the situation was much more complicated and those tips did not help). Later, I found Ksenia, and she helped me by offering not just one solution, but also a bunch of alternatives. After the consultation, I could also call and ask for help if something didn't work out for me or if I didn't understand something. I would like to praise Ksenia's professionalism, attention to detail, ability to find solutions even in difficult situations, and, perhaps most importantly, the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.
