Не советую. Обратился за консультацией- расторгнуть договор купли продажи, предложили путь, не перспективный в суде. ПОЛНОСТЬЮ! БЕСПЕРСПЕКТИВНЫЙ!!! То есть в судебной практике НЕТ!!! ПОЛОЖИТЕЛЬНЫХ РЕШЕНИЙ по этому пути!!! ВООБЩЕ нет! Деньги (клиента) НЕ ПАХНУТ!
Мало того, еще предлагали свое сопровождение в суде- 200 тыс. руб.!!! Слава богу, сам справляюсь, имеется опыт. Отказался- ПОВЕЗЛО! Не опытныго клиента РАЗВЕЛИ БЫ ТЫЩ. НА 200!!! НЕ СОВЕТУЮ.
