The support service does not work at all, it is useless to write to call. In mid-September, a Martinique - Paris flight was purchased through aerobilet for the end of December. The carrier airline went bankrupt in early October, they found out about it by accident three days before departure. Within two months, we did not even receive any notification from aerobilet, not to mention requests to the support service, at least for decency we answered something. We flew with a small child, we almost missed the next flight from Paris, but it seems to them deeply... It doesn't matter.

Liars!
In July, I bought tickets to Rome and back for May 2020. On November 27, I received a message from aerobilet that the flight was canceled. I tried to get through - music plays for hours, they don't pick up the phone. I wrote to support at the specified address several times - they do not respond! I've been waiting for an answer for a week now- silence! I wrote to Alitalia airline - they don't have my paid ticket! I just want my money back. At the same time, the aerobilet website continues to sell tickets safely.

Do not buy tickets from this company. You won't find the edges if the flight is canceled. Since March, I have been trying to return 39 tr. for Ayrastan tickets. They don't even take the phone. The letters answer all questions to the airline. The airline says that all questions are addressed to this scam company.
