I am very disappointed in Aeroflot. Until recently, I considered it the best in terms of quality of service, comfort and everything else. I bought a round-trip ticket for May 2-23. But due to some factors beyond my control, I was 3 minutes late for boarding from Moscow! And that's all, it was not possible to fly away. They escorted me from the airport and advised me to buy another ticket. Which I did accordingly, I just bought a one-way ticket, confident that I had a return one. But it turns out that the company's system is configured in such a way that the ticket is completely canceled!! Which, of course, I did not know about and arrived safely at the airport, and I was already told everything in fact! As a result, the money for the purchased ticket was presented to Aeroflot. I had to fly on other airlines! Double overpayment.
I understand that the money cannot be returned. I would like to warn people. Since there were no notifications in the mail that the ticket was canceled, there was no notification. Everything is unilateral! Understand that people cannot know everything, including the internal policy of Aeroflot!
The operators are inattentive, rude and nervous. It's like they're doing you a favor by selling tickets. It's like we didn't give away 100K, but 100 som. Terrible service at the ticket office. Muzzles with a brick.
