Thank you for a quick, professional solution to my question! so that Everyone understands! The issue has been resolved since the end of September! I talked to the call center! It was terrible! some said that the money would be returned, others that there was no appeal at all, etc.... everything lasted until the middle of December!
but.....I wrote an appeal / feedback on the website! that's all..... I WAS SHOCKED! PLEASANT,,, JOYFUL... that everything can be solved so easily and quickly!!
I really love flying with AEROFLOT, but after the current situation... my attitude has been shaken...

Attentive and courteous staff. They even served with a delay for their lunch break. We kindly double-checked everything and issued tickets with full advice in case of a refund.Olga served me. I recommend it!
