Aeroflot has been having noticeable problems for the last couple of years, I don't know what it's related to, maybe because of Savelyev's departure or the cancellation of flights to Europe. I used to think Aeroflot was the best carrier in Europe, but now it looks very sad. I flew a couple of days ago on a Moscow -Dubai flight, the food is terrible, the chairs and tables are dirty, some of the chairs tilt very much backwards and the person sitting behind them is very uncomfortable, it turns out they can't even change the chairs. I felt the difference when I flew on Emirates, the cleanliness, the food was delicious, a separate menu for children, and the staff was friendly. I hope Aeroflot returns to its previous level, or say that you are low-cost airlines and lower ticket prices, with such a service people feel cheated.

The service has become terrible ! As if we owe the staff something! I mean the flight attendants! Some are rude, sarcastic with a smile like I answered ... and only in the air fleet is the problem that they constantly make the sauna temperature to the maximum on board!
