I used to think Aeroflot was the best carrier in Europe, but now it looks very sad. I flew a couple of days ago on a Moscow -Dubai flight, the food is terrible, the chairs and tables are dirty, some of the chairs tilt very much backwards and the person sitting behind them is very uncomfortable, it turns out they can't even change the chairs. I felt the difference when I flew on Emirates, the cleanliness, the food was delicious, a separate menu for children, and the staff was friendly. I hope Aeroflot returns to its previous level, or say that you are low-cost airlines and lower ticket prices, with such a service people feel cheated.

It broke down, but they kept us on the plane for 1.5 hours without air conditioning. Then they said that our air conditioner broke down - they dropped everyone off and then we waited three hours for a representative of the organization in order to get off the flight and go out into the city. The phones were silent, there was no information, even about vouchers at McDonald's was not reported centrally. Someone found out and said more. The service is just 0!

06.03 cancellation of the flight to Sochi due to a broken plane. There is nothing on the scoreboard, the airport staff does not know anything about the flight, postponement or cancellation.. All these phones do not answer, of course no one knows on the hotline. And not a single employee of Aeroflot came out to the passengers and did not explain the situation!! And in this situation it was the most terrible and humiliating!!!! Because of the next connection in Sochi, we had to change tickets without waiting for an explanation, otherwise we would have lost subsequent tickets (also a disgusting moment in the Aeroflot piggy bank, but this does not apply to the office in Dubai), and then 3 hours with a small child to leave the airport, it's not as easy as we would like.
And then it turned out that a plane was flying to us, and we could fly to Sochi the same day. !!! We just had to tell the passengers about it and not make them nervous and spoil the end of our vacation. By the way, the next day there was a flight delay (for which we changed tickets) for 3 hours, an airline employee was on that day.
