They provided terrible service and inaccurate information throughout the process, starting from the visa arrangements. They only booked the appointment for my husband, so we had to overpay for other family members at the visa center. They initially quoted €5000 for the trip but ended up charging us €6500. Even after the trip, the hotel contacted us, stating that the agency hadn’t paid them and was refusing to do so. They also lied about the weather, hotel, and transfers. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy company. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this agency

They don't do what they explain to you.
Hotel reservations and transportation are organised very badly.
