We went to the sauna with friends. I really liked the atmosphere, the room is cohesive. Cool design, zone separation. The pool is top in depth and temperature, and there was enough room for everyone in the steam room (6 people got in quietly). I liked that there is a separate room that we used to change the girls. From the wishes: to update the cue. For its price, it has a great location, staff, and atmosphere

Even one star is a lot!
We called by phone and booked a small room for one hour. It was important to us. We were simply told that they had signed us up and indicated the cost of one hour (38 rubles)
Upon arrival, we were told that the minimum duration of the session was 2 hours, and I had never seen such rude communication with me before.

We visit saunas quite often and decided to go to the Athena Pallada. It wasn't the best decision at all. I usually never write reviews, but in this situation I really want to warn people not to spoil their rest in the sauna.
It was completely anti-hygiene, the water in the pool was muddy to the point of horror, it was unpleasant to plunge into it. The tiles in the pool are covered with black mold, which is not just unpleasant, but dangerous for the health of visitors.
The staff is also not the most friendly.
The advantages of this sauna are the steam room itself and a mini waterfall by the pool. That's all.
In general, I do not recommend visiting, especially for such a price.

Everything is normal in terms of level. It's strange, we steamed for a birthday and sometimes we go like this and have Wi-Fi and a hair dryer (ask the employee), as in any sauna. The best time is on weekdays, or before the holidays, the sauna is always cleaned, on weekends they will not do a general sauna in any sauna.
Compared to the others, at least they look after the room.

It's a disgusting place. There's just mold and dirt everywhere. There were glasses in the corners. The water was muddy and dirty. While still resting, there was a noise (of a puncher). Karaoke doesn't work.
I am very upset about such a vacation.
I think such a place should be closed for mold and general cleaning.
The only thing is that the money was returned, but with disassembly and not though.

An excellent sauna, we decided to celebrate a birthday in a women's company, the choice fell on this sauna, we were not disappointed. We were booked out in three weeks, arrived half an hour earlier than agreed, the administrator went to meet us so that they would not wait outside and would not freeze, let us in earlier and at no additional cost. The sauna is warm, clean, the pool is clean, the water is warm, the steam room is super!!!! Thank you for the good emotions and mood! We will use this sauna in the future.

- I offered a massage, a steam room or + 1 hour for a comment, but in fact I left another number - the courier service, where they were surprised by my call.

Everything is generally fine. The administrator's behavior is just unclear. We did not arrive exactly at the appointed time, but 8 minutes in advance. They let us in, of course. It makes perfect sense. But the administrator started hurrying to end the session 8 minutes earlier!!! Arguing that we arrived earlier. That's why we have to leave earlier🤣🤣🤣
