Встретили очень доброжелательно, приятно удивило наличие столика на балконе второго этажа без предварительной брони.
Атмосфера старой Алма-Аты в интерьере заведения, что опять же очень приятно.
Обслуживание не навязчивое, вежливое, официант прекрасно знает все позиции меню и был готов помочь в выборе.
Особо хочу отметить что ужинать не планировали, а заказали просто чай с десертом, обычно в таких популярных заведениях пытаются навязать главные блюда, алкоголь и т.д, здесь же обрадовало отсутствие такового.
Чай - ничего особенного. Десерты - очень достойные. Ставлю 5 из 5 за обслуживание и атмосферу, обязательно планирую посетить данное заведение ещё, на этот раз с полноценным ужином.

Еда — выглядит шикарно, но порции очень маленькие (трех блюд даже для миниатюрной девушки еле хватит) и по вкусу не шедевр гастрономии. Заказывала пасту с мясным рагу и муссом из пармезана, так вот половина этого рагу оказалось мясным жиром. Про чай вообще молчу — под черным чаем в данном заведении подразумевают один пакетик «Ассам», который даже не окрашивает литр кипятка, в который его «закидывают». Однако авторские коктейли божественны — здесь придраться не к чему.
Сервис безупречен и этим стараются все недостатки. Официанты очень внимательные и хорошо знают меню, так что в случае чего помогут сориентироваться при выборе блюда.
В конечном итоге получается, что данное заведение подойдет всем, кто планирует просто провести вечер за бокалом вина и сырной тарелкой, но не более. Хотя, наверное, в этом и заключается суть подобных авторских ресторанов .

Вкусно, дорого, богато. Для Казахстана. По меркам Москвы «дешево сердито». Вполне достойная европейская кухня. К десертам есть вопросы, но это поправимо.

Прекрасные яйца бенедикт: нежный драник, хорошо припущенный шпинат, не вонючий лосось и хорошо сваренное яйцо пашот. Достойно.
Омлет с пастрами.
Сам омлет - обычный, слишком много сыра. Пастрами интересный, но суховат. Мусс из пармезана, конечно, вытягивает всю историю за уши.
Мне очень понравился тар-тар, но лишь его верхняя часть, которая не достаёт дна тарелки, та самая, что прямо под хворостом. Все это непозволительно жирно, если пытаться съесть это одному.
Сашими приготовили на радость всем очень хорошо - мясо прекрасно сочеталось с соусом и свежим огурцом.
Место, конечно, с претензией, которая никогда не сможет реализоваться из-за крайне слабого сервиса:
1. Самоуверенная хостес посадила нас за неудачный стол. Официант пересаживал нас 10 минут, бегая со 2-ого этажа на 1-ый, чтобы решить этот вопрос с хостес. Нас было 5 человек. За столик, где мы были в прошлый раз нас посадить отказались, объясняя это тем, что там ожидают банкет на 7 человек. В результате там сидело 5 человек, скромно завтракая. Полнейшее разочарование.
Вывод: обсуждайте с ними бронь стола заранее - место, этаж, позицию. У вас этого не спросят и не помогут. Функция хостеса у них номинальная, чисто для контроля гардероба.
2. Официанты излишне скромные, плохо знают меню и бубнят себе под нос. Про позицию рассказать ничего не могут. В результате покупаешь кота в мешке.
То есть кухня там батрачит, а народ в зале вообще не в курсе, что он там носит в зал на тарелках!? Ну и зачем тогда это все!? Просто носить тарелки?
Самое неприятное было на десерт. Оплату счета мы провели, и тут внимание, - ПЕРЕВОДОМ НА ТЕЛЕФОН официанту! У меня такое впервые в Алматы, чтобы мне не выдали фискальный чек в ресторане.
Провести оплату по приложению abr никто даже не предложил!
За такое суммарно я не могу поставить вам всем выше 3, даже за все распятия на вашей кухне.

Отличный ресторан, почитав комментарии , важно сказать , что в Алмате крайне сложно найти высокий уровень сервиса со стороны хостес или официантов, но в данном заведение не все так плохо.
Нам обслуживал Иван , у которого огромный опыт за плечами в разных частях света и это видно и чувствуется, он отлично подобрал позиции по еде и попал в коктейлями!
Крайне рекомендую попробовать:
- томатный суп с морепродуктами , казалось бы , что может быта такого , но вы точно не пожалеет
- хрустящий сибас
- ростбиф
- картофельные дипперы
- томленое ребро
