A very rude hairdresser greeted me at the entrance with a remark that I should close the door, even though I was just coming in. In my defense, she started being rude. In general, everything is great, but thanks to such boorish employees, it somehow becomes unpleasant and the opinion of the institution as a whole changes! I changed my assessment only because of master Olga, who does everything carefully and with a soul 👍
