In general, everything was fine. We took lagman, shurpa, samsa of two types, and shish kebab. I liked Samsa very much. The soups are good. Shish kebab is normal, fresh meat is difficult to spoil. The price is for 100 grams, it is very small for a serving, you need to take more. A chicken kebab is just fat on skewers, for an amateur. The service was fast, the waiter was very fast and polite. We have read negative reviews about the service here, but the situation has apparently changed for the better.

It was not crowded on a weekday evening, which was very pleasant after a busy day of sightseeing. A very atmospheric place, furniture, chandeliers are a work of art. The food is delicious and beautifully served.
We did not regret that we spent our free time before the departure of the train to Bukhara in a new location in Samarkand.

Nice place, delicious food!
Noodle soup is a delight!
The pilaf was a little dry, but still delicious!
There is wine. Even by the glasses.
The staff was very polite, the dishes were cleaned on time (in some establishments there are problems with this),
the service is good here.

It's delicious, the prices are good, the waiters are trying their best. but there were cases when you had to wait a very long time for a dish. I especially remember the case when I invited guests, made a pre-order and asked them to IMMEDIATELY put 2 types of hot and salads. However, my requests were not heeded, but every time they said well, we are already carrying everything. and they all took turns carrying it for a sooo long time. The whole dinner table looked empty.
Now I'm afraid to invite someone to business dinners. And it's fine to eat by yourself or with your family.

I do not recommend visiting. The staff is arrogant, the kitchen is not tasty, and they also cheat. The interior design is completely tasteless. The order was waited for a long time and this was provided that we were alone in the hall. They forgot to bring a flatbread, cheated on 100 grams of cognac (they ordered only 300 grams. and then they managed to cheat). Then, before they even had time to eat what they ordered, the waiters turned on the light and began to defiantly wipe the dishes and cutlery, showing with all their appearance - GET OUT. So, if you don't want to spoil your mood, don't visit this place.

We were on the second floor on May 7. The kitchen is very mediocre. The order was waited for 30-40 minutes.The salads were tired, the mantas were dried on top, the mutton was OK, but they ate tastier in small cafes
The waiter Saidazim is a good girl! He tried, he did everything that depended on him. It's not his fault that the service is lame. Everything was carried for a very long time. He was alone at several tables. He had to run, not walk, but run, including to the first floor. He poured the beer himself. Where's the bartender? Why didn't the process acceleration bar work on the second one? The restaurant is not equipped to speed up the process, it was possible to make a mini elevator for lowering dishes. The rest of the employees should be helped by the bursting waiters. Then the guests would be fine, no one or less would complain, the waiters would be healthier. It is still very bright everywhere, it is clear where the banquet needs a lot of light, but where there are single tables, reduce the amount of light, otherwise, as in the office, the eyes begin to hurt. I wish you better service, care for employees and customers.
The advantages are the interior and the diligent waiter. The rest is bad

The prices are normal, but I am very modest, there is no food delivery to hotels. I had to go and pick it up in the heat. The interior is original, the chairs are huge and uncomfortable. It's kind of depressing. It is more suitable for traditional family celebrations. Prices are almost the same as in all restaurants in the city, but the portions are not large!

If you did not come here with a tour group, but separately, you will wait two hours for food. Drinks are brought after half an hour - 40 minutes, there will be no hot food, because the waiters bring cold food only after many reminders about themselves. I absolutely do not recommend a place to visit, wait for food for a VERY long time, portions are scanty, no service! There are a lot of delicious places in Samarkand, but not this one.
