worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called them over the phone to get information, they were very unprofessional, they kept making jokes on me with their other coworkers, they talked with complete lack of energy as if I should make all the effort to get the information that I need from them. Afterward, they agreed on a specific appointment time with me, I got there on time, but it turns out they forgot to print my item, and they needed half an hour to prepare it. Their print quality is good, at least.
