Very nice hotel, the atmosphere of the Soviet Union. The room is large and clean, a balcony with a view of the park, Parking, tea and cake for breakfast. Kind staff, quickly settled. Near a park with a lake, swans, sports facilities. The metro is 1.5km away on foot through the park. The price is adequate.
A good hotel, albeit of the Soviet type. The room has everything you need, everything is clean, the staff is responsive, you can order meals. A great option for a short vacation!
It was built in Soviet times , but at the time of visiting Minsk in 2019, only parquet remained from the Soviet era . Excellent repairs have been carried out , the price of accommodation is divine . I came with my daughter , served in Minsk-56
The room is clean and tidy. There is a water cooler on the floor. It's a good option for your money.
The staff is polite and friendly.
You can pre-order breakfast and lunch the next day at the bar.
We lived with a friend in May from the 18th to the 23rd. A good hotel. It's simple, but very sincere. Clean, the staff is trying hard. There is a park area around, birds are singing, a water system, a waterfall, swans are nearby. Like in a sanatorium. All problems are solved instantly. The hotel is on the outskirts, but it is the nearest point to the airport, 30 minutes by taxi. I liked it, we'll come again.
One of the best places to stay in Minsk. It is located within walking distance from the metro, in a park, next to a pine forest. The rooms are clean, very warm, and have everything you need for life
In general, I liked it, there are flaws, but they are uncritical. Of the advantages, the environment is surrounded by a park and the price is reasonable. But the minus is the humidity in the rooms and hard water. And so the norms are clean, the staff is friendly.
Nice hotel. We always stay here when we are in Minsk. A great, gorgeous park. A green forest area behind the hotel. Pets are allowed with a small surcharge. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff. The breakfasts are modest - a bun and tea or coffee.
An inexpensive hotel on the outskirts of Minsk in a green area. I took it as an option to spend the night on the road for two nights and spend the whole day in Minsk itself. The room (economy, single, 75 b.rub/day) is clean, tidy, has a bathtub, access to a balcony overlooking the park, there is no air conditioning. The forest park area comes close to the hotel, there are not many places for transport in front of the entrance, but there is, in addition to this, a large parking lot a hundred meters away. Breakfast is included, but there is only tea/coffee to choose from and a puff pastry/sausage roll. Coolers on the floors. The restaurant was closed, you have to go far to have dinner.
Good afternoon!
It was my first time at your hotel, I liked everything. From the friendly and beautiful girls at the reception, to a clean and cozy room. I will definitely come back here 😊👍
A clean, pleasant hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms and affordable prices. A free breakfast consisting of Americano coffee and scones is served in the morning. The disadvantages are thin walls and good audibility. But earplugs can help with unplanned awakening. Agate is perfect for a short business trip!
A very pleasant, cozy hotel. Sincere staff. There is a nice park nearby. The rooms are clean and warm. The elevator works without interruption. I would like a full breakfast and a good dining room
The way they position themselves is the way it is. The hotel is 2 stars. And that doesn't mean it's just terrible. Soviet repair, but everything works. It's clean enough and cleaned every day, you can find fault, but that's if I paid for a room within 1000, but here it's an order of magnitude less. I didn't notice the staff at all, but I can see their work. The place is a cool lake, a wild park, unlike the city, it is easy to breathe. If they move in just to spend the night, that's it.
It is better to eat in the city, although the green meadow solyanka restaurant is a credit. The bar is tea or coffee only.
Among the advantages: clean, polite staff, breakfast included, rooms are cleaned, green area around (forest, waterfall, many picnic areas). To spend the night is normal, the Sovetskaya hotel (furniture, design). Amazing cappuccino!!!
Nice hotel, helpful staff. The decor is good, the room is clean, there is a TV, a refrigerator, a bath, a toilet and a balcony. And the metro is relatively close, about twenty minutes on foot or by bus
It does not match its cost :/ unpleasant odors in the corridor and room, the condition of the furniture leaves much to be desired ... the bathroom looks like from the 90s, armchairs with some kind of bench, beds were good with a clean bed. There is no elementary kettle, iron — there is none of this in the room. Alas:(
On the good side, I will only mention the friendly staff!
They tried to stay at this hotel, they did not answer the calls, they decided to get there - nearby, at the entrance the guard said that there were no places. The reception staff apparently has no time to answer the phones
The hotel is 2*, but clean, the room has a TV, a refrigerator, good beds, a bathroom with a bidet, the overall impression is back in the 80s. It's a little far from the center, but the bus stop is nearby. You can spend the night.
We stayed for one night. Not a bad hotel. The atmosphere of the Soviet era, who loves this aesthetic, will enjoy it. The room has a balcony! Separate bathroom with a bathtub! The cost is very budgetary. It's clean, everything you need is there. The room price includes a light breakfast. It's a long way from the center, but we were by car, it doesn't matter. There is a beautiful view of the park from the window. There is a private parking. I definitely recommend it!
The state hotel. I helped out twice. You're going to Minsk, but everything is busy. If you call Agate, there's a place. Good location. From there to the ring road and sightseeing.
I have not been to other hotels in Belarus, so there is nothing to compare it with. But if, in principle, we compare it with hotels of this level, then there are certain disadvantages and advantages. Pros: located in a quiet location, near a forest park, a pond with a waterfall and swans. On-site Parking, friendly staff, there is an elevator, there is a cooler with hot water in the corridor, there is a room where you can iron things by asking the administrator for a key. The room has a TV, refrigerator, clean linen, daily cleaning, soap and shampoo are provided. The cost for three people (two adults and a child) in a room (June 2023), where there are 2 single beds and a sofa, 165 rubles per day. The minus is almost one and huge - there is no way to eat normally. When we stopped by, we were told that there would be breakfast, it turned out that it includes black coffee, half a glass and a bun. If you don't want coffee, you can buy tea and again a bun. Especially you can't feed a child with such a breakfast, and you won't get enough yourself (and if you compare with hotels of this level, there should at least be an opportunity to buy a normal full breakfast, and not just a bun, I'm silent about the fact that many places where a normal breakfast is included in the price). Therefore, I had to go somewhere to have breakfast, and it was not close, and it took a lot of time. And also in the evening, when you arrive tired after excursions and start looking for a place to eat. By the way, a restaurant had just opened in the building next to it, but it was working, then not, then a banquet, then something else, there was no breakfast, but dinner, it turned out that they were returning to the hotel, and the restaurant was closed, since there were few visitors. It's all very uncomfortable. Then, I read in the reviews that there is a hair dryer, there was no hair dryer in our room. And, yes, the audibility is excellent. The conclusion is that it's quite normal for 1-2 days, we were bigger, so it was easier to rent an apartment for that kind of money
A simple room with a simple renovation, clean, refrigerator, TV, towels, cooler in the hallway. Toilet, shower, trouble in the room. A nice bonus was the breakfast in the form of coffee and pastries with potatoes and ham, it was very tasty. Quickly settled, Wi-Fi is available. Nearby is a coniferous forest, a quiet and cozy place, not far from a very beautiful pond with a gentle shore and willows.
It was lucky that there were places for armor. The room itself was old, but the price was small. It would be good to add a kettle and slippers to the room
It is located in a beautiful area, near a park, picturesque views.
The rooms are of an old foundation, but spacious. Bed linen, etc. everything is clean.
Elevator, parking, spacious lobby.
The only disadvantage is that there is no restaurant or cafe. It's far enough to go to the nearest one.
But if you go by taxi company, it is quite acceptable.
The location in the park area was very pleasant. The view from the window to the fir trees is great. The hotel itself is not super modern, but in general it is comfortable In the presence of mini-breakfasts - definitely a plus. I liked that even a large-leaf tea leaves are brewed for a cup of tea, and not a bag. The staff is polite, working at their own calm pace
It's a good option to spend the night. The rooms, bathroom and room furnishings are almost from the last century, but you can still use them. Nearby attractions include the cathedral and the national library. There are no breakfasts. Park, clean air. The route for jogging is easy to find. We'll have to look for a place to eat.
The place is beautiful , there are breakfasts , they clean every day , the linen is snow-white , the mattresses and pillow are clean , a large bathroom and a separate toilet , there are no interruptions with water , there is water on each floor ( cooler ) . Among the disadvantages are toilet paper ( sandpaper ) , flimsy beds and large chairs that cannot be placed on the balcony
An excellent example of Soviet architecture. Inside, time stopped in the 80s. The rooms are clean and tidy.

A single room for 90 rubles/day is not such a single, double room, where you will just live alone. The room has a TV, refrigerator. Of the disadvantages: children's beds, with children's bedding, beds with a height of no more than 170 cm, there is not enough bedding for the mattress on both sides. Another fattening minus: mold in the bathroom. The old room, parquet, carpets, a bathtub with a shower head instead of a shower cabin. From hygiene products - shampoo and soap
The only positive thing is a beautiful area with a lake (or it was a pond). A hotel from the 70s, in all its manifestations. We arrived in Minsk for the November holidays, as always without any preliminary plans))) and we faced the fact that there are no available rooms in the whole of Minsk. We came across the Agat hotel, which just had 1 room, went to see and check in. We lived in different cities and countries, in completely different hotels, the main requirements are a good bed and a clean bathroom. Upon opening the door to the room, the smell of sewage immediately hit my nose, the whole room is saturated with this smell, the bed in which, just sitting down, is pushed almost to the floor. We did not dare to stay in this hotel, even at the risk of sleeping in the car, and found an excellent hotel in another city of Belarus. Which they did not regret at all)
The hotel is not bad. Everything is clean, but repairs are required in the bathroom (the faucet is broken) and the toilet. The furniture is outdated, but the beds are comfortable to sleep in. The nature around is super!
I didn't like the hotel. The room is old. There is no hair dryer and it is not provided. There is no kettle. One advantage of the hotel is the view from the window!
The rooms are clean. Just like everyone else in Belarus. You can't argue with that. But everything else is very old. And this destroys all the advantages. The chairs in the room are worn to zero, the old plumbing has not been washed, it's still old and very tired. Bathrooms covered with enamel more than once. Old lighting with ordinary light bulbs. By the way, this raised questions: does the hotel really not want to save on electricity? You can spend the night, but you don't want to come back again. Is it really that expensive to upgrade furniture and plumbing compared to attracting more guests? The biggest disadvantage: noise insulation.
It can be described in one phrase - back to the USSR. For older people, it's so nice to plunge into youth at least for a day, so every time I visit Minsk, I stop only here!
Excellent hotel, affordable prices, cozy but simple rooms, convenient location, nearby Parking for cars, polite and helpful staff. We have stayed at this hotel many times and everything is always fine.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
There is a park next to the hotel where you can take a walk for the night.
I would like a more "nutritious" breakfast.
Since coffee and rolls are hardly breakfast, especially since standing for 10 minutes in the morning is such a pleasure.
A nice hotel with a very beautiful view! Perhaps for fans of Hilton hotels, it will be somewhat archaic here) In general, everything you need for living is there, and if something suddenly wasn't found, the staff will definitely help! Parking for guests is a huge plus. I recommend it to everyone!
The rooms lack basic things:
a clock, a jug, a hair dryer, a shoe spoon, a kettle, a handrail in the bathroom, a wash basin, an air freshener in the toilet, a third towel.
Dinner is not organized, from the word AT ALL (((
The nearest grocery store is 1.5 km away.
THERE is ONE microwave oven for heating food , ONE ironing board with an uncleaned iron(((
I consider polite staff, clean air and silence to be advantages.
Clean, cozy, the furniture is clean, but if you are for a few days, then the norms are, the staff is very polite, the Internet works well, but you need to take a coupon with a Wi-Fi code from the administration, breakfast (bun and coffee) is included in the accommodation
Clean, tidy. It is located on the outskirts of Minsk. The hotel is old, departmental. To eat, you need to look for a cafe outside the hotel, there is only a buffet that works at certain hours. We only stopped for the night.
Sovdepovsky hotel, no frills, slippers, toothbrushes.
Too expensive for his class.
But we were on holidays and spontaneously.
Perhaps the price was too high.
For a moderate surcharge, they were allowed with a cat and a small dog.
