I would like to express my endless gratitude to Marina Gordeychik, a specialist in the sale of real estate per Square meter. Not just an agent, but a specialist with top-level professional knowledge, excellent human qualities, and many years of experience in real estate sales.
Initially, I decided to sell the apartment on my own. There was a time. It seemed well, what's so difficult? Many colleagues did so. I was warned about calls from agents, but not to the same extent. There was simply no time to do my own thing. The phone rang almost around the clock. There was a queue of people who wanted to see the apartment at the door, and no one with buyers. I rented an apartment for sale, the calls didn't stop. Then I turned to my colleagues for recommendations from a specialist. Several people gave Marina Gordeichik the phone number. Thank you, colleagues! We had only 5 days left before leaving for a new place of residence. During this time, we managed to meet with the agent, show the apartment, listen to recommendations, determine the price and our joint actions. To conclude a contract with AN Square meter. A notary should draw up new powers of attorney and consents (as it turned out, those powers of attorney that were drawn up earlier did not contain the necessary items in the text). They handed the keys to Marina and left.

By proxy, the agent resolved all issues with the tax inspectorate, which had many questions for us, as non-residents of Belarus. But here Marina turned out to be on top, collected all the certificates and proved that the apartment was bought for more than it was sold. To do this, she had to visit the bank where we were credited several times and get the necessary account statements and money transfers to the developer.
Special thanks for Marina's insistence on a Secure payment through the bank. Therefore, in Holland, the bank refused to accept cash. One Purchase and Sale Agreement was not enough. But the receipt for the purchase of currency turned out to be very useful.
