We bought an apartment in Novaya Borovaya, the agency had a contract with the seller, but we (the buyers) We also provided very competent advice throughout the entire transaction. Agent Daria Bakhovchuk and the founder of the agency Alexey Simchenko worked with us. Overall, we were grateful to the guys, satisfied with the speed of the transaction and the prompt resolution of all our issues.
That's how it was:
1. We contacted Daria on the announcement of the sale of the apartment, went to see it, and agreed on the price with the seller through Daria.
2. A day later, we signed a preliminary agreement to remove the apartment from the screenings. To do this, they made a small advance, which, when purchased, was charged against the price of a square meter. During the day, the advertisement for the sale of the apartment was removed from the sites. Alexey consulted on our individual situation and suggested where to go and with what documents.
3. Then we applied for a loan from Belarusbank, and thanks to the agency, it also went more than quickly. We received a text message about the preliminary approval the same week.
4. The agency provided all the documents for the apartment and we made sure that everything was transparent.
5. Daria booked us time at BRTI and banks, so all the stages of signing the purchase and sale agreement and changing ownership rights went very quickly, clearly and without queues. Daria was always in touch and helped with all the questions) And there were a lot of them))
Special thanks to Alexey for his advice, clarifications and support. I think we are very lucky with the agency, and I am very grateful for the professional approach.
The only remark is that I ask you to pay attention to the accuracy of the information in the advertisement for the sale of the apartment. There were some inaccuracies, but we promptly resolved this issue.
