We had the misfortune to buy an apartment through the mediation of the Avangard real estate agency. I don't recommend it. Unprofessionalism and complete irresponsibility .
1. People still do not know that the military fee is paid along with income tax.
2. During the transaction, both the management and the realtor are busy waiting for commissions, and not respecting the interests of the client. Such "work" of the agency cost us an additional $ 100 in tax, which the seller had to reimburse us according to the preliminary agreement. At the same time, we were accused of not demanding money from the seller ourselves during the transaction
3. It turns out that we paid this agency a bunch of dollars just because the realtor showed us the apartment.
