We have come to conclude a contract of intent for the purchase and sale and transfer of the deposit... It feels like you've been to the market. Two bazaar women (agency employees), shouting over each other, tried to prove to us that we are obliged to pay for their services now, and the deal will be in two weeks, or maybe not, but pay 3% for the services - the money is not returned. They were rude, yelled at, didn't answer the question, just freaked out. Some kind of scams. Do not mess with them - you will be left without money and without an apartment! We canceled the deal too. Very suspicious!!!!
