The only wish is to close the door to the establishment on cool evenings, and, perhaps, expand the range of soft drinks. After all, the absence of ethyl alcohol in the liquid phase should not mean taste sterility, because we do not cook all the dishes like a rooster in red wine or oatmeal in cognac.
