I don't even know who can rest in this place. But definitely not companies with children. The house is in terrible condition, dirty everywhere. All the furniture is dilapidated, greasy, and stained. The smell of dampness in the house. There's dust everywhere. When the owner opened the refrigerator to demonstrate that he was a worker, we almost suffocated from the musty smell. Everything on the site is in a deplorable state. A swing without cushions, a trampoline without protection, and everything is like that. When we booked, we were assured that we would be alone on the territory, and when we arrived, it turned out that the territory needed to be shared with another company. Plus, we were offered to settle some of the people in the bathhouse, next to the shower cabin. In a word, a homeless shelter for the price of a hotel. We were so shocked by what we saw that we didn't think to take a photo. Although the photo does not convey smells. Of course they didn't stay there. They didn't give us the deposit. I had to urgently look for another place to rest.

The farmhouse on Ozernaya Street , 15 in the village of Grudichino looks more attractive in the photo than in reality. There is an unpleasant smell in the house, all the furniture is old, the number of beds does not match, they offer two people to sleep on a one-and-a-half bed. There is no desire to use the refrigerator, it is so old and has been in use for a long time that there are no words.The declared slides and swings for children are in a deplorable state. The area is poorly landscaped on the street. Of the advantages, two piers go directly into the Chigirinsky reservoir. The deposit is not refunded, although the contract
with us has not been drawn up. We left in complete disappointment and with a bitter aftertaste that you can pay such a sum for such a house as for a new well-maintained house.

A very beautiful place, with a sandy beach and good access from the piers from the shore to the water, a large territory, friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable rustic style, there are fireplaces-which is very pleasing in the evening in bad weather, there are barbecues, tables outside for barbecue, swings, trampoline and pool, catamaran. The sauna also has a fireplace, and a cold outdoor pool.
