An interesting place, we settled at night. At first glance, it seemed to be a great place, night lights, a good walking area, benches. Everything is civil, everything is beautiful)
In the morning there was not much to look at, somehow it was gray. The two rooms are equipped with air conditioning, some had a heater. At the time of the visit, "the end of October, by the way," is a good bonus.
But the spring beds and just huge pillows, that's just not gone in... Maybe there are amateurs, but my subjective is not ice. On the second night, I got used to it a little bit and it was fine, but the first night was uncomfortable.
The window in the room is purely symbolic - the size is 20 by 30, well... So that it would be.
In general, a good place with a separate place for eating, cooking it and a well-equipped barbecue and even close to a small playground "while you fry meat, you look after the little ones))"
The place is good, there is room to grow and will soon be very very cool!
There are vague feelings about the bathhouse... When I got to it, it was lukewarm, well-equipped and cozy. The only thing was the lack of heat)
I have great respect for the owner and wish him prosperity and development!!

It's a very cool place, right out of the blue. I strongly recommend it! excellent bright room, super sound, great kitchen, came with his wife to the wedding of Katya and Sasha on the day of August 2nd, 2023.
P.S. Now I will leave a comment to the owners, visitors do not read, as I am sure everything will be fixed by your arrival: Treat the territory from Mosquitoes, it is not difficult. Put normal towels in the rooms, not 25 by 30.. why make rooms with 4 beds, we are not in a pioneer camp and did not come here to earn money. Since you are far away, to put it mildly, you want to at least get a good night's sleep, not take a shared shower. Paint the lining white, it will greatly improve the appearance. If you don't understand how it is, look at the Centaur Hotel in Novopolotsk. I am sure that you strive for perfection and will hear my wishes. Thank you for such a nice place.

I liked the manor, a good bathhouse, showers. The beds are clean, there is a mosquito net on the windows in the rooms. There is a good large speaker with Bluetooth, a microphone (karaoke on the TV did not work out, but you can also set it up from the phone).

I was here almost a week ago for my cousin's birthday. The territory of the estate includes a paid park, a neighborhood with a gazebo, barbecue and a building with a living room, kitchen, shower, toilet, sauna and three bedrooms. There are also other buildings there that I haven't been to.:(but I know there were three more. I don't have a photo.

A very high level of space. Close to the city. Beautiful nature, the manor itself is just beautiful. Multifunctional: there are several halls and houses for holding events of any level and for any number of guests. There is a sauna, paintball, and a children's playground. The kitchen is on top. The staff is very good, professional.
Very comfortable rooms for those who stay overnight. There are also toilets and showers in the cabins.
I recommend it to everyone for a variety of holidays: corporate parties, birthdays and weddings.
