We went fishing in these places with friends at the end of May. We stayed in this manor for two days. Very polite and friendly hosts. We took the cheapest seats, in a room for 10 people, bunk beds. It so happened that there was no one else in this room except us) The bed linen is clean, there is a bathroom, shower, washbasin, kitchen, refrigerator, etc., everything is quite budget-friendly, but very neat. They paid about 20 rubles/day per person. There are rooms with better conditions, but we needed as cheap as possible.
There are barbecues, gazebos, swings, a children's playground and a small zoo on the territory). The territory is being closed. There is a large lake nearby, 200 meters ...
If we gather in these places again, we will be happy to visit this estate again.

A nice quiet place to relax and edify. The owner is friendly! Everything is simple. Toilet, shower, kitchen, conference room, bedrooms.
