The rooms are clean and cozy. Large shared and comfortable kitchen.
Friendly, attentive hostess.
If you are traveling to/from Grodno and need a transfer point, we definitely recommend staying here. It is also suitable for long-term holidays. There is a large cool sauna on site, there are barbecue areas and a small swimming pool.
We really liked it, we recommend it!

A sauna with a swimming pool is generally a dump of the head!

A great place to relax! A bright, spacious house. Cozy rooms, comfortable beds. Huge kitchen! Everything is clean and cozy. A great bathhouse. Very friendly hosts. We found rooms for our entire large company (there were 9 of us) and everyone was comfortable. If we go to Belarus again, we will definitely live here!

Not a bad farmstead, but from the minuses: we were very surprised by the absence of a cauldron, narrow beds (like children's), old plumbing, water from a well with an iron gasp, the constant presence and control of the hostess and remarks to vacationers, loud music only until 23:00 and only inside the house, neighbors immediately complain on the street, so noisy and I don't recommend it to cheerful companies. The bath is great, but as for me, the oven is a little turned on, because of this the humidity instantly goes away, it turns out very dry steam. If it's just for an overnight stay, then you can safely choose.

After the apartments in Minsk (see above), this estate seemed like paradise. Nice isolated area with trees all around. A solid 2-storey house with rooms and a large kitchen dining room. The rooms are spacious with a bathroom, comfortable single beds with clean linen. On the territory of the Russian log bath - a real home! Impressive! The house has a small swimming pool, you can take a dip after the steam room. We agreed with the hostess about breakfast and dinner
We received very tasty fresh food and it was twice as cheap as in restaurants. The hostess Victoria is a hospitable, friendly woman and very pretty.
The guests usually arrive in their own cars, and we take a taxi. From Grodno it is 17-18 br (1 br = 3.4 rub). Minibuses also run, but very rarely. Grodno is 16 km away, and 2 km from the Polish border. A little further from the estate there is a village, there are many Poles living there, you can walk and talk with the locals ..
In general, we had a good rest. I recommend it to everyone!

We arrived in Grodno on Saturday, there are no hotels. They have already called everyone in a row, but in vain. By expanding the search halo, we got to this place.
What can I say - a great place.
The hostess is a wonderful woman, a famous sports coach.
Everything is very sincere and not expensive.
Sauna, swimming pool, sincere company.
We went on a night raid to the border (a separate story).
As a place to "stay overnight and leave for lunch" - I highly recommend it

If you want to stay somewhere in Grodno, then stay here! It's cozy at home. You can go to the sauna, and the hostess will feed you lunch and dinner.
The distance from the city will save you from the hustle and bustle, and it will not be difficult to get by car along the designated route.
