A unique combination of comfort and nature.
The hospitality of the hosts is top notch. It is clear that people are doing what they love and putting their hearts into it.
The estate is equipped with everything you need: lots of games for children and adults, table tennis, a playground, a gorgeous swing, an open-air font - a divine, incomparable sauna. Recreation here can be varied, if you have the opportunity to spend not in the usual restaurant frenzy, but on the shores of Lake Selyava, then you are definitely here. I managed to take a break from the hustle and bustle so much that I didn't want to leave.
We were very satisfied.
I will definitely recommend this heavenly place to my friends.

Excellent farmstead, had a good time, also rented a sauna and a font, spent the weekend at the highest level, the receptionist told everything, showed everything, and then did not bother anymore)
The house is very spacious, clean and warm, the bath is very good, the heat was enough for everyone, the only minus is that the floor is cold, you don't look much without slippers, and if you run in slippers after the bath, then you carry dirt from the street in the bathhouse. Well, it's hard not to mention the font - it's a separate kind of bliss, we recommend it to everyone if you rent this house, then take the font, you won't regret it)
The only drawback, and quite a big one, bees enter the house from a neighboring plot, who is allergic to bee stings, be very careful, because one bee bit a person right in bed at night while sleeping😅

An excellent farmhouse for a secluded holiday.
We were vacationing with a family of 4 people in early August. The house is very clean, tidy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
There are many board games for children. On the territory of the estate you can play football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis.
On the plot there is a safe playground, a campfire area, a barbecue area. There is a sauna and a font.
You can rent a boat from the owner,
The lake is within walking distance, about 500-600 meters from the house.
We had a great time. We left with good impressions and a desire to come here again.
