In October 2024, I decided to visit Nesvizh Castle. I stayed at the Leonid's farmhouse. I am very pleased. The host is polite, clear, not intrusive. Everything you need is there, clean, cozy.

The bathroom is one for 2 rooms, but it does not bother, because it is very spacious and clean. The owners have an interesting museum of utensils of the past in the basement. So if you have any old spindle or iron lying around, bring it, they will be very pleased. Well, the hostess completely conquered with a wonderful plentiful breakfast included in the price. Yes, and the castle, for which everyone comes to Nesvizh, is a 5-7-minute walk away

We were very pleased with the hospitality of the owner of the estate. We arrived in June. The room is excellent! Everything is clean and tidy. Everything is provided in the kitchen for cooking. The yard is amazing: gazebo, barbecue, swing... The estate is located in excellent accessibility to local attractions. There are good cafes and a bar nearby. If we come to Nesvizh again, we will stay only at Leonid's.

Do not stay in this "hotel", customers are being deceived here! I booked a double room with a large bed and a private bathroom in advance to spend the May weekend in the vicinity of Minsk. Upon arrival (after driving 1000 km from Moscow), it turned out that there were no such numbers! As an alternative, a hostel-level room with two dubious single beds and facilities on the floor was offered. To my indignation at what was happening, the owner refused to cooperate with Yandex Travel and accused the service of dishonesty. After a long trial, thanks to the support of Yandex, I was able to return the money I spent. As a result, we settled in Minsk and had a good time. I do not recommend this place!

Our family stayed overnight from August 3 to 4 in Nesvizh, at the Leonid's farmstead. We found the guest house without difficulty, following the instructions of the navigator. The small two-storey guest house is located a 10-minute walk from the castle and other attractions of Nesvizh. We had a 3-bed room on the second floor in a block with a bathroom. The room is spacious, with a window with mosquito nets, a wardrobe, a table with chairs, three separate beds and a sofa for friendly gatherings. There was a refrigerator outside in the unit. The kitchen is located down the stairs. There is also a sauna nearby for relaxation and relaxation. Next year we will definitely visit Nesvizh and spend the night at the guest house "At Leonid's".

An adequate owner, a spacious house. Kitchen, billiards and a guest table in the main recreation area in the basement next to the sauna. It's a little cold in the basement in winter, so take warm clothes and slippers. There is a barbecue and a large gazebo outside. Parking is small, but it can accommodate up to 4 cars. All the sights of the city are within easy reach.

It's a great place.
We stopped by and took two rooms opposite. We had one bathroom for two rooms. The reviews said it was bad, but it wasn't critical for us. Maybe if we had to share a bathroom with other guests, it wouldn't be so comfortable.
I will note the delicious breakfasts, pleasant prices.
We also ordered a sauna — I liked it.
The only negative is the cool temperature in the house. If we were with children, it would be difficult.

Leonid just saved us. On Sunday at 21:30 we found a leak from the gas tank of the car. It was necessary to urgently look for a place to stay, but we have a small child, there are no acquaintances in the city. We got a call and got an answering machine. I was upset, but to my surprise, Leonid called back a minute later, and after another 10 we were almost settled. Great place: the room is clean, the beds are fresh, pleasant. It's not hot or cold, there is air conditioning and basically everything you need. Kitchen, refrigerator. And in the morning we also had breakfast outside in a cozy gazebo surrounded by greenery and flowers. And even advised a good service station in the city. By the way, the house has a sauna and billiards (We didn't use it, but it's all there).

I am ready to subscribe to absolutely all previous reviews! We stayed at the guest house during the holidays on May 1-3. The house is very spacious, our room for 4 people was 35-40 sq.m. Everything is very clean, homely. In the yard there is a swing, gazebo, barbecue, green grass. The house has billiards, karaoke, a sauna and a mini-museum! We liked everything! And I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Leonid!

There was not much time to choose a place. I called-I made an agreement and was not mistaken. We stayed for 2 nights. The host Leonid is hospitable. The room is very clean and spacious. 2 adults and 3 children (7,13,16 years old) were accommodated in one large room. WiFi is flying. A good kitchen is a dining room where you can cook something and eat comfortably.
There is a pool table. The children enjoyed playing. There is a sauna, but we did not use it.
Near the house there is a small well-kept courtyard with barbecue grills and barbecue.
The location is very convenient - right in the center.
