Disgusting! Absolutely unqualified employees. We arrived on insurance from another clinic with food poisoning. We spent 4 hours there at night. During this time, they took blood for analysis, put an IV and fortunately achieved a dropper with paracetamol.
Then they were sent to the hotel and had to arrive in the morning. And then it started - let's do an ultrasound, but is it in the insurance, we sat for 2 hours while they "contacted" the insurance company. As a result, they left.
What kind of ultrasound is it when your stomach hurts from poisoning? What kind of appendicitis, with normal temperature and pain in the upper abdomen?
We could not answer any of the questions in a qualified way.
In general, any mother in Russia knows more about treatment than the doctor here.

Супруга и внук попали в это заведение благодаря страховке после отравления. Результат - выздоровление. Привезли на авто. Прием врача был через переводчика. Палата современная, с телевизором, на два места. Кровать просто космическая, с дистанционным управлением. Питание приносили в палату. Капельницы ставили круглосуточно, осмотр врача и медсестер очень внимательный. Помимо страховки, заплатили только за воду, которую супруга заказывала дополнительно. Я мог навещать их каждый день. Спасибо огромное коллективу больницы за то, что помогли нам насладиться остатком нашего отпуска.

I got sick on vacation with a sore throat. It's good that they made an extended insurance and were taken from a private clinic to this hospital at night. In broken English, they talked and explained to the paramedic through the phone. The attitude is good, attentive. Thank you for your help!
