Disgusting attitude towards the client - I called in the morning to find out when the radiologist was taking it. They answered at 9:00. I arrived with my dog in a taxi, it turned out that the radiologist was studying. Instead of solving the problem, they accused me that it was also my fault, and I had to arrive by 9:00 in the morning. A terrible and unprofessional attitude. No one could tell the cost of services either - wait for the radiologist.

And to date, we have not been given an extract of what was injected into the dog and how much. And they took very good money, but without a receipt.
