Good location, price-quality ratio, rooms and interior are a little tired, varied breakfast, walking distance to park spaces, overall one of the best hotels in its segment

The convenient location of the hotel. There are shops, a park, a cafe, and a public transport stop nearby. Polite staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are well cleaned, the only drawback is the old bathrooms, they are clean, but some rooms have a musty smell. Slippers and bathrobes are provided in the rooms. Mountain view from the rooms that overlook the road. A big minus is the constant noise under the windows. But if you only come to sleep and leave early in the morning, then it's quite bearable.

Surprisingly, the European level and the highest level of service. The breakfasts are the best compared to hotels abroad and even in Astana. The negative is that the staff tries hard, but they don't speak Russian well, let alone English - and nevertheless, thank them very much!
