Restaurant dishes as in the dining room ordered chicken fillet with vegetables brought what is in the photo full of fresh, if you have an appetite for beautiful decoration of dishes, then here you will not get it... a big minus . The rooms worked out their resource 5 years ago . Cracked window sills in the rooms, the walls are shabby, the carpet is rolled up on the floor.

I put 5 stars, as I compare it with the Irtysh hotel in Pavlodar, although this is a different story.
The hotel is cozy, still in good quality, it is clear that there is something to complain about in the interior, so to speak, it wears out over time. From + location, water park (but we never got there))).
Of the minuses, a weak breakfast, not in Shymkent somehow.
A strange elevator, with a corona discharge, is making noise, it is not clear why, one was no longer working.
And in the beautiful lobby, looking out the window, you can see the dust on the aluminum profile.

An excellent hotel, except for some disadvantages. The closet doors are broken, the shower is oozing out of all the cracks. but all these little things were blocked by the very polite and sincere reception staff, who got into my position and tried to do everything for my comfortable stay.

The room is clean, but while taking a shower, somehow water poured through the ceiling outside the shower stall and flooded all things and the phone with water. The hotel staff would have been warned. Also, I am not happy with breakfast; the buffet was not replenished for a long time with scrambled eggs and sausages, which turned out to be not very good quality in my opinion. I can only mention good coffee at the bar and cozy sofas in the lobby.
