This is the 2nd time I've encountered overbooking in this company. I fly at least 10 times a year in different vehicles. But this is the first time I've encountered this. There were 10 people like me. That is, they sell more tickets than seats on the plane. And this is in the high summer season! knowing in advance that someone will not fly away. The reason for choosing the "lucky ones" is unclear to me! I bought the tickets 3 months ago. But they didn't put me in jail, and even my tears didn't help. I really needed to fly at 9 a.m., it was postponed to 7 p.m..... But they took me to a hotel in Sharjah and fed me. Everything is at the expense of v/K. Maybe someone would have liked it, but not me.

Due to weather conditions on our part, the flight was delayed and constantly postponed. At 2 a.m., we were put on the condition that if the snow stops, we will take off, as a result, after half an hour we were dropped off and completely unloaded. Despite the fact that all our domestic flights flew without problems, and FlyDubai airlines flying to Dubai with a delay of 3 hours and 15 minutes still flew away, and we eventually flew the next day at 23:30, with a delay of almost a day!
It's just some kind of nightmare, 4 nights came out of my vacation due to a late flight instead of 6 nights!
There is still no compensation from the San Mar tour operator, the answer from Air Arabia was amazing, allegedly they had something with the plane and would not compensate anything, all questions to the tour operator.
In general, I do not recommend this airline and the tour operator San Mar! Disappointed!
I am pleasantly surprised by this airline. In such a difficult time, and the prices for tickets from Russia to the UAE are just a fairy tale. The plane was new, A320, the distance between the rows is good (I got in 1.85, still left). Fed, there is an entertainment system on board via WI-FI.
Personally, I have no complaints about the airline at all. Comfortably. An excellent distance for the legs (for me personally, this is generally one of the main evaluation criteria). Polite staff. A quiet flight. Budget company - budget flight.
Disgusting attitude towards customers. 2 flights were delayed, a lot of people, there are no answers, they don't talk, they don't understand where they are being sent. We spend our vacation at the airport for the second day, they refuse to give us a hotel, they say that everything is occupied. We do not advise anyone to fly with this airline!
The airline is so-so, on board they give only 200 ml of water in a bottle and an incomprehensible burger (bread with bread and a soy piece of chicken 2 cm long), everything else is tea, coffee, juices - buy for your health.
