It's a complete mess! Flight KS 878 on 12/17/24. in the morning they can't send it normally. They boarded the plane with a delay of an hour, after an hour and a half or a little more, they landed back at the airport. Then they postponed it every 30 minutes , as a result, at 16.30 they moved it to 23.25 and they say that this is not accurate. No one is engaged with the passengers, there is simply nowhere to sit, no one offered a glass of water. They can't keep their luggage. They made me take the bags too. This is a complete bottom, not an airline!

One of the worst airports! There is no management - they cannot work smoothly with such a low load. Passengers are brought to the board, and the tanker is still standing and the board is refueled🤦🏻♂️
