It's not much of a hotel, but it's on the first line.
The rooms look more like hospital rooms. The entrance to the rooms is by code (so-so security), there is rarely anyone at the reception. There is no cleaning, there are no air conditioners - instead, a large and noisy fan will be waiting for you. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator - it is also noisy )
Everything is dilapidated and shabby, some rooms have an unpleasant, persistent smell.
And yes, all this is for a horse price tag, but again, you are on the first line and this is one of the cheapest offers)
