Through the website, I bought a ticket for (9U 745) KIV – IST on 03-May-2023 07:20, but the flight was canceled in 3 days. This was reported by SMS and in an email. It stated that for a refund, reply to this email or call their number. As a result, it is useless to call, they do not answer the phone, and by return letter I informed them of my intention to return the funds. I have attached the ticket, the cancellation letter, proof of purchase and other information to the letter. As a result, it's already July, and there's not even any money from the company, there's still no answer!

Terrible airline company (canceled the flight 2 times in a row without any explanation! The hotel was not provided (even the representative of the airline company at the airport is not present, there is not even anyone to contact! I will never fly with them again in my life and I do not advise anyone!
