Great location. A responsive receptionist. There is boiling water. A big plus is the online airport scoreboard!!!!! It is quite a decent place to wait for a flight.
Of the cons: we got into a very "smelly" sewer room once. There were no more places (so they said), so they endured for half a day (they were exhausted - so there was no way out).
The hotel is convenient for rest during flights. The room is normal, but the lack of a kettle is a big minus, it's strange to walk around the hall with mugs, especially waiting for boiling water🤔 The bedding is not fresh, they are unlikely to have been changed, the towels are stained. But the saddest thing is the boorish reception staff, teach them how to communicate with customers.
We stay at the hotel for the second year, when we go on vacation in transit through Astana. In general, it corresponds to its level, for a normal option to spend the night. I wish there were blankets in the room, this summer at the end of August it was cold in the room at night, wrapped up with children in all kinds of towels and sheets, freezing. There is also a wish to make some kind of device for lifting suitcases at the entrance to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and the staff is friendly. If necessary, of course, we will choose again!
It's just great, everything is at the highest level. Comfortable bed, clean, bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products. In general, everything is there for a pleasant stay.
Terrible hotel, the service is at the bottom level. I booked a room in advance, paid the cost of accommodation, the flight was delayed and I did not have time for some kind of conditional check-in time. My number was given to another person without notifying me. The service is at the level of a Soviet hotel, the staff is unfriendly. In my experience, the rooms are so-so. The only big plus is the location, but otherwise the bottom!
We stayed for half a day between flights on December 30. The price is cosmic, there were towels in the room, there was only one bathrobe, although there were two of us. There is no breakfast, water is available at the bar for an additional fee. For that price, we could have supplied water at no extra cost and thought about breakfast.
I was here during a break between flights. He asked me to wake him up and knock on the door so he wouldn't miss his flight. The answer is simply, "no," without explanation. I don't know, maybe it's just the attitude towards Russians.
Convenient location. The room is quiet and cozy. Excellent bathroom and toiletries. 4 stars for the lack of a private dining room. Otherwise, everything is fine.
I really liked the hotel at Astana airport. We stayed one night. Excellent sound insulation. Comfortable beds. Clean, there is hot water for tea and coffee.
A good hotel, though a little tired in terms of cosmetic repairs.
Polite and helpful staff!
The room is clean and cozy without foreign odors. The window overlooks the airfield, you can watch the take-off and landing, as well as the maintenance of m aircraft - it's cool.
Cons: tubed plumbing. Mega-high price tag (there are cheaper and better hotels in the city).Advantages: location! If you need to sleep for a few hours before flights, this is an ideal option. The rooms have bathrobes and slippers. Opposite the reception there is a cooler with drinking water, a thermopot with boiling water, a microwave oven. Wi-Fi.
The hotel is for the unassuming to switch between flights.
It is located at the end of terminal T2, if you face the terminal, then the entrance to the hotel is on the right side.
The windows in the room will overlook either the square in front of the airport or the apron with airplanes.
Announcements in the loudspeaker interfere with sleep at night, as well as if noisy guests will be settling in.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes are more or less.
There are gels and shampoos, as well as a toothbrush with toothpaste.
Water, juices, chocolates and noodles can be purchased near the reception, there is also a microwave and a capsule coffee machine.
The condition of the bathroom certainly leaves much to be desired, especially if you take a shower, it will not be very good for the squeamish.
Therefore, the score is a solid three !
But thanks to the hotel staff for their work!
Rudeness and dirt
The hotel is located on the territory of the airport of the Kazakh capital. The hotel is new, the receptionist is a young girl, and the attitude is Soviet in the worst sense. Firstly, when checking in, the administrator was not in place, other guests had been waiting for their keys for half an hour by that time. Secondly, my reservation was lost, there are supposedly no available rooms. There was 1 room with a checkout an hour earlier than standard time. The cost is about 70 euros per night (even a bottle of water / cooler is not included). This number is not worth the money. The mattresses are tired, the lighting is sick. The situation is quite bleak, but it can still be understood - a place for transit passengers mostly, with normal service, I would not find fault. And here's the dirt... Other guests also complained about this - the complaint book is at the reception desk. A toilet with some prints and footprints, dust and hair on the floor. I asked to clean it up - they cleaned it somehow. I asked again. I was told that I was allegedly lying and nagging. Since the maid has cleaned, it means it's clean. And anyway, I can take my money and get out. I have never seen such rudeness in hospitable Kazakhstan. The morning receptionist was no better.
If you have the opportunity, don't stop here
The only positive thing is that it is located right at the airport. Of course it is very convenient! That's the only reason we settled in for one day, so that we could fly away at night.
But, from the negative, this is, first of all, a terrible smell, just like a "basement" smell. In the room, the doors are shabby. There are smudges on the ceiling. The mattress is cheap. The TV barely works - the buttons on the remote jam, the batteries fall out. Cheap quality gel/shampoo. There are two glasses in the room and that's it. The refrigerator is not working. Kettle (boiling water) in the hallway.
The room price is 35,000 tenge.
Just a terrible attitude! I do not recommend it at all! I would have put -100 if I could!
I specially booked a room for a day 2 months in advance. I sent my mother (65 years old) and grandmother (80 years old) to rest before the next flight, we specially took a room at this hotel. During the day, we called the hotel and confirmed the reservation, everything was fine. BUT! in the end, upon arrival, there was no reservation, there were no seats, the "wonderful" girl at the reception advised to go to another hotel, BUT WHY ON EARTH???? Does your staff have no conscience?! As a result, after convincing requests from their mother, they were placed in a technical room for staff until one o'clock in the morning....without a toilet, with only an old sofa and an armchair.....(I remind you that grandma is 80 years old! plus suitcases). As a result, they were checked into an unexpectedly appeared room at one o'clock, miracles and nothing more. In the morning, when a relative came to pick them up, the reservation turned out to be there, but there was no check-in mark, as if neither mom nor grandma had arrived! DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE! It looks like someone just bought the room. I don'T recommend it at all!
The administrator is not a young girl, as people write here. A good location - sleeping between flights is the best thing. There was complete silence on June 30th. There is no breakfast at the hotel. I went to eat in the dining room on the second floor of the airport. By the way, the dining room is cheap.I ordered the room 2 months in advance and have already ordered for the return trip on September 1, paying an advance payment. Minuses : There was dust on the carpet and under the bed, which I reported. The receptionist is polite, when I need something, I write on Whatsapp.I paid 35,000 tenge for the room : I was at the hotel for 12 hours.
Terrible sound insulation!!! Absolutely everything and everyone can be heard!! There were some technical problems and all the announcements were voiced with a terrible screech and at full volume in the hotel speakers, I had to make a few comments and then everything was fixed. The unjustified price is also under repair, there are cans of paint, film everywhere and there is a smell of building materials.
Terrible hotel.
If I knew, I wouldn't have booked it for anything.
Everything is terrible
Plumbing is poor
, a poor bath, a shower must be held in your hand (how to wash at the same time?)
The water goes badly, there is no drinking water, I had to buy it to brush my teeth
But THE MOST TERRIBLE THING IS THAT THEY DON'T CHANGE THE BED AFTER ANOTHER PLANTER, I got it after a very perfumed man
Apparently everything is designed for the fact that you don't care where and on what to sleep from the road
As a result, there were suitcases in the hotel, and I had to walk at the airport to drink coffee and wait for departure, because the receptionist did not react in any way
If you are not as squeamish as I am, then it will be fine to spend the night, but for 25 thousand sleeping on dirty linen is too much
For its price tag and location, it is a normal option. The room is more or less clean and the staff is helpful. Despite the fact that, in fact, the windows overlook the airfield, there are no planes in sight. At the same time, the plumbing is somewhat tired and the lock in the door works strangely
The hotel is very difficult to find. The administrator simply hung up on the request to orient, thanks to the airport staff, everything was shown. The air conditioning in the room did not work for heating. When paying the city tax in the evening, there was no change at the cash desk, they returned it in the morning, but still 50 tenge was not given. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. The rooms are tired, but a night's sleep will do. Of the advantages, except for vending machines and a microwave in the lobby, you can quickly buy food and warm it up.
The interior has already been a little worn out. Probably from the excess of guests. In the room when I was warm. There is a good dining room at the airport and it is not expensive. The hotel is certainly expensive in my opinion, but if you consider that a taxi to the city there and back and eating in the city will be more expensive than a dining room, then it seems to be fine. Otherwise, the TV is in the room, the mattress is comfortable, and there are accessories in the bathroom. But it is necessary to book. There are often no places.
I stayed for a day . Yes, it's not very cheap, but it's very convenient. The day starts from the moment of check - in , not from 12 o 'clock . There is boiling water , cups . The room is warm , clean , TV, refrigerator . I liked it very much. My husband is also flying through Astana soon, he is already booking this hotel to spend the night with amenities. Thanks to the attentive and helpful staff of the hotel!
The advantage of this hotel is its direct location at the airport. It is convenient for a long-term delay in departure or being late for a flight and waiting for another one. Cozy, clean rooms with all necessary amenities. The disadvantage is the high prices.
Probably a very cozy hotel, but unfortunately, when I was there, all the rooms were occupied. And the prices there, as it were, are not quite democratic!
It'll do for the night...the location is convenient within walking distance from the airport, it is convenient that you do not need to go far or drive. The prices of drinks are not indicated on the window, etc. The noise is not very loud. Rooms and furniture require renovation...
If it was possible to put a minus, then I would have put it...It's just disgusting. The price is so overpriced, and elementary in the room is zero.. to pay for tea, there is no breakfast... Just a place to sleep...
AIRPORT HOTEL.
A very good hotel where you can wait for a transfer between flights.
As you exit the Airport to the Left immediately,
and at the very end there is a sign and an arrow shows where the hotel is located. There is free Wi-Fi
It is not possible to book a room by phone. The staff is rude. They require an advance payment to the Caspian Sea. The hotel is located at the international airport, and there are no conditions for foreigners, there is no room to book. There are no breakfasts. They ask you to write to WhatsApp, not to make phone calls, then they send voice messages, in general, not the Astana service. I advise you to spend 20 minutes by taxi and check into any decent hotel, of which there are many in beautiful Astana, with breakfasts, spas, restaurants and everything else

A very convenient place to relax between flights. Friendly staff, I wanted to come back here more than once.Cozy, comfortable, everyone understands you.
A very expensive hotel. Their rooms start from 25k for a 6-hour stay. It's just terrible. I don't understand why the price is so high and why it is justified.
There is no snapshot and microwave in the room, but there is a hair dryer in the hall, if it works well, otherwise everything is fine, clean, the staff is friendly
The cost is too high, the beds are small, there is no kettle, it is cold in winter, the sound insulation of the walls is weak, one thing is good at the airport itself, so like it or not, suffer for expensive!
Couldn't stop. On the map, the location of the hotel is not correctly indicated, not the first theme, but in the second. The site indicates that there is accommodation for 4 hours, the girl at the reception first tried to sell us half a day for 20 thousand tenge, then when we told her that there was information on accommodation for 4 hours on the site, she suddenly remembered that yes there is, but there is only one junior suite
So-so. A very expensive hotel. I stopped for only 4 hours, 16,000 tenge was collected from me. They explained that the tariff is for half a day. Although it says on their website that you can rent a room for 6 hours at the appropriate price. On the way back, I booked a room in advance and made a 50% prepayment. I told them to wait for me, as the plane arrives at 2 a.m. At that time there were riots in Kazakhstan, and the hotel was closed. I couldn't get through or get through there. They didn't even warn me that the hotel wouldn't work, because I wrote to them in advance. Since emergency mode was in effect at that time, I spent the rest of the night at the airport. The money was returned later, however.
It's okay to spend the night. But the price is too high, it seems to me, though.... It's probably fine, given that you don't need to go anywhere. It's really hard to find! There are no signs.
An expensive hotel is unjustifiable. The carpets in the room are dirty, the floors are dirty, the hair in the bathroom is from previous guests. Apparently, they clean up after one. I hope at least the bed linen has been replaced with clean ones. Everything is shabby, it's better to rent a room in the city, the cost will also be
