I printed business cards and was sooo pleased with the printing, the speed of order fulfillment, the service, and the price.
I placed the order myself online on the website, I was additionally guided by the layout and consulted on printing. We printed 1000 pieces faster than indicated on the website, and they were very quickly sent to Euromail.
We had a small force majeure and had to change the recipient to pick up the business cards from the post office. After my call, the girls solved the issue in just 3 minutes.
Everything is OK with the quality of the order. The business cards are all well printed, the edges are normal.

Then the shoals begin. Firstly, if you have not saved the layout (design), and the page has been updated or the computer has turned off, the design is not saved. Well, that's okay, we spent too much time - it's okay, everyone has a lot of it. Then the second one. Before placing an order, I clarified the cost of delivery to Senica. The manager writes: delivery to the Senitsa is 10 rubles. I place an order, make a design, send it for production - + 5 rubles for delivery. And already the delivery to Senica is not 10 rubles, but 15. What kind of trash? Guys, if I had known right away that the delivery to Senica would be 15 rubles, I would not have spent my time on design and communication with your company. In short, the service is -4, the service is minus 5, the website and the business card designer are +4. But again, there is no way to evaluate the business cards themselves, because after that there is no desire to work with such companies.

- how dare they give orders with rounded edges in the form of sharp-angled scraps at the corners - this is generally a shock. So do not respect the client and brazenly do not perform the services for which you have paid, you still need to be able to
- THEY DO NOT APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR JOINTS, and the boorish Natalia from the office dares to raise her voice and interrupt without even listening to my wishes for the order, to which I have the right, since they have already been paid for.
- they promise to give the copies modified in accordance with the order in a day, but they do not give them even for two, and again, where are the apologies? As a result, they return it WITHOUT FINALIZING it, they do not admit that something is wrong, they say everything is beautifully and luxuriously done. They didn't call in connection with the first delay, they didn't call with the second, again)
Their work is in the photo . On the left as it was before, on the right their work is now. They call this a good job and do not recognize what has been done abominably.
If you need something on time, it is better to bypass it, since three orders in a row were failed - delays of several days + poor-quality work + refusal to finalize, and in principle NON-RECOGNITION of the POOR QUALITY of the work performed
They will let you down at any moment, they have it on stream
