On December 7, I booked a VIP booth for 26 people at 5 p.m. When we arrived with the guests, it turned out that the table was set for only 19 people. Although it was initially discussed with two administrators that there would be 19 adults only for whom you need to pay, and you need to cover 26 people, because the rest are children. I also called the day before to clarify this and was assured that everything would be as I said. When the administrator was called, a completely different woman came, i.e. the third administrator. It is even difficult for the administrators to call her, a "habalka grandmother" of 60 years old, who initially spoke in raised tones and did not want to correct the situation, although it was their fault. In addition, they also brought the wrong salads. As a result, we started yelling at her that she was talking so rudely to us and wasn't fixing anything. As a result, she said "now" and left, and did not appear again, did not even apologize. Then another admin guy came in and started doing something. In addition, when food was brought to us, it was done from the street, i.e. at first it was cold, they were afraid that the children would catch a cold because of this. Another disadvantage is the slippery light tiles on the floor, where it was constantly dirty. I had to constantly clean the floors myself. There was a cold toilet. The only plus is the pleasant and tactful waiters. But this is no longer so important when the festive mood was initially spoiled at the very beginning and therefore the whole evening was ruined due to such unprofessionalism on the part of the administrator. Such an administrator would have to be fired. WE'RE NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE!
