A very, very good place to stay. A small cozy hotel. Your own pool, your own beach. Varied meals according to the "buffet" system. The only thing, of course, leaves much to be desired is the condition of the rooms. Repairs wouldn't hurt at all.

The main advantage is an excellent location: the hotel is practically located on the beach! Corresponds to its 3 stars: modest, but everything works. There is water, tea, coffee, soap accessories. On the beach there are towels, shower, pool, beer, shade under umbrellas! There is an alcohol market around the corner of the hotel. The food is modest, but of good quality!
It differs from the nearby pretentious hotels in its democracy and affordability! If it is still functioning, I will come! Do not forget to take an adapter for an English-style outlet with you.

We rested from 22.11 to 02.12.2023 on a voucher from Anex tour with half board. Room 503.
1. We arrived in Dubai. The transfer is normal. We waited a long time alone at the airport, but left without them. We arrived and immediately went to lunch because there was something little edible on the plane. After lunch, we were immediately checked in.
The beach is wonderful. The white fine sand is equipped with everything you need: umbrellas, sun beds with mattresses (although there are not enough of them), a shower, a toilet in which you can change clothes, because there are two shower cabins, a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool between the beach and the hotel. The entrance to the sea is flat, the bottom is sandy, the sea is clean, there are tides and tides, it did not bother us. The beach and the pool are cleaned daily, outsiders are not allowed, even if they enter or swim from the other side of the beach. There is a gym, there are scales, this is important for ladies.
2. The restaurant corresponds to 3* in terms of the set of dishes, but everything is cooked very tasty and appetizing, there is even milk porridge in the morning, thanks a lot to the chef for the kitchen, we not only ate too much, but also overeated a little, because we wanted to try everything. A wonderful coffee machine: for all tastes, including cocoa (hot chocolate). Schedule: breakfast from 7-00 to 10-30, lunch from 12-30 to 15-30, dinner from 19-00 to 22-00. There is never any crowding, there are always empty seats, the waiters are great: they work quickly, make sure that the dishes are always replenished if they run out, quickly clean up dirty dishes, very friendly. Replace dinner with lunch without any problems, even if one of the guests is having lunch, the other can have dinner. Ice cream for lunch and dinner.
3. The view from our room overlooked the city and the road. The east side. There is a balcony, but not for relaxation, we dried our swimsuits there, because the bathroom is wet. The room is old, but everything you need is there: very comfortable large beds, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, sugar, milk powder and 2 bottles of water are put daily (there were no problems with water at all, you could dial from the cooler in the restaurant), a TV panel with 1 Russian channel, but we did not turn it on we had a great time without it; a large bathroom, there is a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and cream. Carpet in the room and tiles in the hallway. We had daily and high-quality cleaning with a change of towels. Special thanks to our maid, a very attentive and caring young man. The only disadvantage of the room is the air conditioning (very noisy, we turned it off at night) and even with the balcony closed, the noise of the city (early prayers, the roar of cars, turning on and off the air conditioners of the restaurant and hall).
4. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. He is trying to master Russian. During our stay, the hotel was inhabited by 90% of Russian speakers (Russians, Tatars, Bashkirs, Belarusians, Kazakhs). We didn't have any problems. Friends had a clogged bathtub, their room was immediately replaced, although they flew away a day later.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their warm welcome, warmth and care. I would like to come back to you again.

This hotel is our second home! For three years now, starting from December 20th to January 5th, we have been coming to this hotel. We are having fun celebrating the New Year. The hotel is without pretensions, modest, but with a beautiful beach, with normal food and most importantly a quiet rest without fuss. The rooms have everything you need, change of linen on request every day, not counting towels-it's natural every day. It's just great!

Very old 3 star hotel. The furniture is old, the restaurant has a very modest buffet. The staff is friendly. The hotel is located right by the road. The beach is small and not well maintained, there are only five sun loungers with torn mattresses. There are two huge rusty sea buoys lying on the beach.

Fat plus - the sea is 3 steps away. But I didn't like the sea itself - it's a very long entrance, you go, you go, you go, you go, you go, and everything is knee-deep
There were many more stingrays in March, who is afraid - just a lot. Not one or two, but up to 12 I counted
Another plus is a good embankment nearby, there is a place to walk
In general, I recommend looking for something better)

We rested at the nearby Ajman Sarai Hotel, located a minute's walk from this spa. I write a review based on the price / quality ratio, the salon has a very friendly and responsive staff. They always make concessions on time, offer water. The salon is clean enough, the massage is done very well, they try very hard. We went to a Balinese massage, successfully got on the action because the off-season course of 5 massages was quite inexpensive, compared to the spa at the Ajman Sarai hotel. In general, the place in my opinion is excellent, but if you like pretentious and that everything is "expensive rich", then you are not here, if you need to combine rest with a useful activity in the form of a massage course for acceptable money, then a worthwhile place. From myself I want to say thank you to the staff of this salon! I liked the massage, as well as everything that accompanied it.

The hotel has its own beach, sun beds and towels are free. Security guards do not let you on the beach at night. Alcohol can only be drunk in the room, but if carefully, options are possible. A good gym. There is no animation, from the word in general. The food is not bad, they give and dried. Rooms with city and sea views. Ian had a room with a view of the city and a balcony. Rooms with sea view, large window but no balconies. In my opinion, it is not worth paying extra for a sea view in this hotel. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room for free. Drinking water is brought to the room and can be dialed in the restaurant. If you take food with you from the restaurant, the staff does not react to it. They promised a shuttle to Dubai, there is no way to get there, only by taxi. Excursions from tour operators are expensive. It is better to buy excursions in agencies, on the street, nearby. Agencies usually speak Russian.There are many grocery stores near the hotel, payment is only in local currency. There are clothing stores, but this is for locals. You need to go to Dubai for quality things. 15 minutes on foot, there is a bank there is a good exchange rate. You can even change rubles.

We rested here in February 2023. In principle, a good hotel, if luxury and pomposity are not important to you. The hotel itself is old, but cozy. The staff is pleasant, responsive, try to solve all your questions. The room smelled damp, but it quickly wears off and is normal. In the shower, for some reason, it was difficult to adjust the optimal temperature of the water, then very hot, then very cold. The food was good, delicious, varied, and even ice cream was given for lunch and dinner. There is a private beach, clean, with soft sand and a gentle approach to the sea.
I liked the rest, if we come to the UAE again, we will most likely stay at this hotel.

Fortunately, the staff is really very pleasant and responsive to any requests. It's so noisy at night! There are problems with the fire alarm, during the 7 days of rest, a terrible siren was triggered in the middle of the night several times, woke up the whole hotel, the shock almost stopped the heart for the first time!Food standards for the troika. The food is quite tasty, the assortment of dishes for the "troika" will go. The room is cozy, BUT we got a room with bedbugs! Although they were not there on the first nights, they appeared before leaving. There were no animators, no entertainment. But it's quiet and peaceful!

Since the hotel is not big and the filling was not complete, the beach was very free! Next time we will probably choose one of the large hotels nearby. The service is good, Hindus and Filipinos work. The air conditioner is noisy and it is not possible to sleep, there is a bar in the courtyard and the window can only be opened with earplugs. In general, they treat them like monkeys. If with a baby, you will be provided with two 1.5beds if you request separate beds. it's inconvenient.Your beach is super. I read reviews of some strange people and worried in vain. The whole staff is just stunned how smiling, the boy who cleaned every morning wished good morning. Right in 1min walk to the store where there is alco. There is a relaxation on alcohol in Ajman, so you can buy there. There are shops and pharmacies near the hotel. They feed at the hotel for 10/10 choice, not like in 5k, but they ate everything. They even serve ice cream at lunch! The child ate everything. There were enough sun beds, the beach is clean, the HEATED pool! There is a Jacuzzi.
Of the minuses: sockets are specific - take a tee at the reception. Wi-Fi in the hotel is on fire. Loads both on the beach and in the room. Towels are given out. No one bothers. The maximum you can find fault with is sometimes Neanderthal tourists, but they will be everywhere. The price of course weeds them out, but not always. We spent the first week of January 2023 there and are 100% satisfied. Thank you very much for the rest!❤️

If you have half board, then you can change dinner for lunch, but in general I advise you to have lunch and take half for dinner with you, they will pack with you without any problems. For breakfast, you can ask for an omelet, if anything. If you are used to the delights, then you are definitely not here. And if you only need the beach and the sea, then you can consider a hotel because of the price of accommodation. By the way, there are no restrictions on the beach for men and women, a towel is given for free. Cleaning every day, they give two bottles of water, if there is not enough, then you can dial in the cooler, in the canteen, I generally collected juice with me. The liquor store is very close, outside like some kind of garages, and inside like a dutik in Pulkovo)) For example, Corona beer costs 6 dirhans, whiskey Commissionaire 25 dirhans per liter, Huntsman 95 dirhans per liter. Taxis in the city work according to the counter, boarding 13 dirhans, for example, I went to the City Center, it's 8 km., 22 dirhans came out. A good shopping center where you can exchange dollars for dirhans at 3.65, but with some commission (at the hotel 3.50). There is also a diverse food court. The beach is cleaned of garbage daily
We immediately got positive impressions of the beach and the sea, snow-white sand with clear water
The hotel has polite staff
The room is clean, the furniture is not new, but this is not a five-star hotel
The room has a kettle, tea, sugar, cream, safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, also 2 bottles of water are brought every day
The Windows overlooked the city, the view from the window is still beautiful
The food in the Restaurant is delicious and varied, there is always fish, chicken, beef, various salads, there is ice cream for dinner, there is also a coffee machine and a cooler, you can come and pour water into a bottle at any time
The hotel is conveniently located, to the left of the hotel there is a beautiful embankment along which you can walk in the evening, there is also a children's amusement park there
The hotel guide offered excursions, we took to Abu Dhabi and a sightseeing tour of Dubai
If it is not possible to take 2 excursions, take them to Abu Dhabi, you will not regret it
Now about the small drawbacks:
There are interruptions with hot water at peak times and poor insulation in the rooms, noise is heard from the street, the locals have a habit of honking on the roads even at night
In general, we are very happy with the rest and the hotel too
