While on vacation in Ajman, we rented an apartment in this complex on the 32nd floor with an unrealistic view of the Persian Gulf.It's just something unrealistically fabulous.Excellent location (1st line) , near magashiny,cafes .Underground Parking and the landlord showed us everything and told us how and where to park the car.The entrance to the complex is by card only, there is a guard.On the 7th floor there is an outdoor swimming pool, fitness, spa.(we had everything for the Jews for free)Our apartment was huge, with a kitchen, a washing machine, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a living room.Sharjah is nearby, Dubai is 1.5 hours away by car due to traffic jams.The scenery is gorgeous in these places.
