We stayed at this hotel in March 2024.
Friendly staff, well fed.
The room stock is very tired. We settled into a poorly cleaned room, after complaining to the tour operator, we received a lot of apologies, even we wove a swan out of towels, but the impression of the hotel is spoiled.
There is no desire to return!

My wife and children (1 year and 10 years old) and I are currently staying in this wonderful hotel - Ajman Hotel 5. Everything that is written in the reviews and in the description corresponds to reality! For us personally, this is the best option for a holiday in this country. Some advantages: the beach is stunning, the sea is gentle, the coast is gentle, white sand, the hotel is 5 *, the staff is very polite and smiling, the food is varied and very tasty, there is an awning over the children's pool, a good gym, there is a transfer to Dubai mall and Ajman City mall (2 times a day). There is a slight drawback in the number of tables in the restaurant, we waited a couple of times until it was free. In general, I recommend it for luxury!

We stayed at this hotel from 11/25/2023 to 12/3/2023. We arrived at the hotel around 9 o'clock in the morning, but we were checked in only at 15:00, referring to the fact that there are no available rooms, and those that were vacated today are being cleaned. In general, this fact did not spoil the impression of the hotel. We had a deluxe room with a sea view (in particular, the Persian Gulf). At this time, the reconstruction of the adjacent territory is underway and we could not fully appreciate the beauty of the view from the balcony. The room is spacious, bright, clean. Room cleaning and bed linen change were on a daily basis. The territory of the hotel is small, but green and well maintained. The food (we had “All inclusive”) is good, the choice of dishes is more than sufficient: a variety of meat, fish dishes, salads, herbs, fruits, freshly squeezed juices and much more. I would like to mention the friendly staff and the high quality of service. The beach is clean, there are plenty of free sun beds. The air and water temperatures were the most optimal for us. In general, we were very satisfied with our stay here. I recommend.

I've been a regular guest there three times already. But I guess I'll have to part with the hotel. There is a large, large-scale construction, dust, noise. The main top has deteriorated, the dishes and dinners are not tasty, everything is dry. Only themed dinners with a grill pull out the picture . I will be looking for a new favorite hotel, not here.

I'm not resting for the first time, the room stock is tired, they say renovation has begun, but we were settled in an old one, the restaurant was renovated, in general we are very satisfied, the only hotel where breakfast is dinner with full drinks, you don't feel deprived.

At the same time, the administration pretends that everything is in order. There are no discounts. We were in November, no one warned about the construction. It was very unpleasant.

Super hotel!
Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, it provides everything!
Very nice, clean, there is a children's room.
Everything is well located, beautiful well-groomed territory, all amenities are close to each other.
On certain days, dishes from different countries are prepared for dinner - Mexican dinner, Asian dinner, etc.
The coolest thing is the beach, soft sand without stones and shells, there are always enough sun loungers.

We went to rest at this hotel on 30.05.2023
I put a solid four stars. I won't write for a long time, very briefly and to the point:
1. A small quarter of the fifth star, we will take off for the wonderful bracelets on the hand from 2010. With the inscription all inclusive. Yes, yes, the same bracelet from which a white stripe on your hand and you scratch others. Also minus vouchers (another piece of paper, but these already look like coupons from the 90s) where God forbid you eat too much or maybe you're not supposed to at all and you! Such a kind. And a cherry - when you go into a "restaurant", and now a tent, but more on that later. And you're wearing a bracelet, a trembling voucher in your hand, and bingo "tell me your room number." I was carried away from it just every time! I don't even want to comment on this nonsense.
2. That's exactly at this moment the main restaurant is under renovation! Didn't you know about it? Oh, well, that's your problem. If you bought a room from the 1st to the 4th floor and somewhere near a restaurant, I am very sorry for you. We lived on the 6th floor and occasionally heard how the walls were smashed and there was a construction site. Yes, by the way, there are no words about this on the website). And judging by the scale, there is still at least the whole summer under repair.
3. Another minus to the same fifth star is the so-called tent in which the friendly girl Nastasia is trying to somehow make up for the shoals of her colleagues. I'll note right away - there is such a cooling temperature in the tent that we took socks, a warm jacket and leggings to our child ... but still, by the end of the rest, a cough appeared. Poor kids, it's unbearable to sit there in T-shirts and so on. I also froze a couple of times specifically. It blows so that the hair, like in an advertisement for shampoos, sways in the wind). By the way, there are no napkins on the tables (disposable), there are sheets on your knees, and go for napkins to explore. More flies have finished us off at a couple of tables. Just incredibly arrogant and insidious. Don't you dare lose vouchers)
4. While I'm writing the next joint, I already want to take away another star, but I'm holding on. Waiters. A separate caste of people who carry drinks so slowly that you will wait a long time. How does this happen? Let's say coffee and tea, you pour it yourself. Juice for breakfast too. But the cherished soda, beer, wine, etc. are brought to you by your comrades. And if it's still okay with soda, there are 0.33 iron bottles. That wine and champagne stupidly half a glass. Oh, and so I wanted to get drunk. Here, for a maximum of an hour's meal, you will squeeze 3 half-glasses from them) although of course how to ask. But the cherry in what? I walk up to the bar and say, "Give me a Coke." I don't need to carry it, pour it, or pretend to be a restaurant in this tent! Give me a bottle and I'll go. No, no, and no again. Go sit down, they'll bring you some! In another hotel, my friends, the wine was in a chilled jug and you could pour yourself and go to the table! And the beer was in a small refrigerator next to the wine. And it was the best solution! People took as much as they needed, and there was always available. No fights, grabbers and other things. Here's the level. Instead of begging and waiting like a dog, they will remember you. And if so, in how long. We were not informed of the first two cases at all. I think I asked for 2 cokes and wine. From the third time I was carried out and I went to sort it out.
5. So okay, exhale- the next minus is the lack of water at every corner. Yes yes. Exactly. It turns out! You order water in the room this time. When cleaning, they bring of course, but not super much. Or you take water from the basik from 11:00. Carl! 11:00. The lobby is closed. You can't take water bottles out of the restaurant, do you guys like torture or what? Then, of course, we got used to picking up bottles, but one night it was all over in our room. I had to call the reception and order. In short, in the last hotel there was water everywhere! Water bottles at every turn. They love quests here!
6. Under this item, let's still praise the hotel. The beach is really fire. There were no spots in the sand and water. Not very lucky with strong waves. Once there was even a red flag hanging and no one was allowed into the sea. However, from time to time our persistent Russian brothers really wanted to prove to the waves who is in charge here. The main one turned out to be a lifeguard with a pipka making a funny sound. There were enough sunbeds, even though there were superheroes trampling the beach at 6 in the morning)
7. The food in our miracle tent glade was really very diverse and delicious. Not enough desserts. From fruits watermelon and pineapple mainly. But don't worry, while you're thinking about drinks, food will fade into the background. There were theme days. Japanese cuisine, fish day, but it would be better if they took off our bracelets and canceled the poop papers at the entrance to the miracle tent.
8. Pillows and blankets are soft, everything is as I like. Lovers of sleeping comfortably will be very convenient.
9. Kondey worked normally in the room, but lived his lonely life. Then 25 degrees, then 18. There was no remote control. On the box itself, even after poking many many times, miracles did not happen. It was easier to summon otherworldly forces than to cope with this thing. I didn't want to interact with the staff again and again so much that we played roulette with them every time.
10. We paid 268k for 9 days. Two adults and a child with a superior room (i.e. from the 4th to the 6th floor). I think that the rest was a success, if the hotel corrects these shoals, it will be a fairy tale. All the world
11. And I also advise you to go on an excursion to Oman. This is a boat trip roughly speaking in Fujairah. It's really cool there. The tour costs about $ 160 for two, the children are free for now! This tour was recently opened after a long quarantine. The influx is small, go ahead. You buy enough in very beautiful places:)

Dear travelers, for a trip, see other hotels. This one has monotonous food, the rooms are dirty, our windows looked out on the mosque (this is terrible) they asked to change-refusal, exchange for their currency at the hotel with a commission, the bay is dirty, if you take breakfast and dinner, then even the water in the beach bar costs money, not counting other drinks ... it feels like you got to Egypt. The room has not been cleaned for the last two days!!
For those who are traveling for the first time, be ready for taxi drivers-deceivers and follow their route ... they like to drive on toll roads and courtyards to roll up the price. If you go to Ajman Mall across the bridge there are tents and souvenirs there and you can see things much cheaper than in Dubai Mall…

Arriving at this hotel, we were settled for two days, at first the Tajik at the reception said that there were no rooms, the trip was paid for in February and we came to rest in August. We have two rooms with non-adult children, this is not an argument. The children went to sleep on the sofas in the hall. The statement that the application is not the same and take what you were given, and there is an option for an additional 1 thousand dollars. We contacted the agency's hotline, 2.20 am we got a call back from the agency and offered one number, well, because. Having brought our family of 4 people to the limit, we went to sleep until morning. I thank the Arab for paying attention to us and started asking what we were guilty of, suggested contacting the police. The room was not in our category at all and was also next to the smoking area. At 6 in the morning we returned back, and only by raising our agency, and sunfun, and by 14 o'clock we got one room out of two of our category. The next day we were provided with the second of the paid ones, there were no apologies. And on the last day of the sea, a water snake was found in the water. To the beach, exit directly from the hotel, from the locker room , 2 swimming pools for children and adults with a divided area for older children! The food is delicious, there is an embankment nearby, but you don't have to go to anything special. Very polite staff, though English-speaking. Russian Russian is also available on the territory of the Regina Hotel, she speaks Russian and 1 other guy also speaks Russian, sitting in the lobby! In general, the verdict is that it wasn't the last time we were there.

We met a couple from Moscow on the tour, they were at the Ajman Hotel last year, and this year they are resting in the neighboring Luxury Barn. So they said that the rooms and the pool are better in the Barn, and the food and the beach are better in the Ajman Hotel, the service is the same, there is no alcohol. (But there's a liquor store nearby) Definitely it is always worth going here

The hotel is for guests either with very young children who are only interested in digging in the sand, or with adult children with whom you can go to Dubai every day (although I would not advise either of them). Also for pensioners who need silence and sleep at 21 o'clock.
I don't understand where so many high ratings come from, in reality it doesn't correspond at all, or people haven't seen anything better and write about alco market - if this is the criterion for evaluating a hotel, then fine.
The only plus of the hotel is the beach. Yes, the beach is very beautiful, big and sandy ... but it is very often on the red flag! The sea is stormy- you can't swim, you can watch. And if there is no storm, then there will be oil, in which you and your children risk getting dirty from head to toe. Where is she from there? I have no idea! But the hotel is aware and treats it normally, they offer to take rags and solvent from rescuers. In addition to the sea, there is one small pool with hot water, in which all the vacationers gathered, turning it into a brine of people and floating glasses, tubes, etc. - this is all leisure.
The food is very poor, there is no variety, the child (10 years old) ate only pasta for 4 days, because there is nothing else at all. Either pasta, rice, or French fries. There is a choice of spicy Indian-Thai food and mayonnaise salads from what was eaten yesterday (beans, broccoli, tomatoes and other incongruous products). The ol inclusive system implies paper vouchers for food that you need to carry with you, without it you will not be fed (despite the bracelet). We ate an eclair in the lobby - minus one voucher, which means minus lunch or dinner. And how would you pay ol!
No entertainment from the word at all, there are a lot of Hindus and Pakistanis on the street next to the hotel, it's unpleasant to walk. In the hotel itself, everything is very old, gloomy and damp. At first, they settled into a room with terrible noise, something was buzzing all night, it was impossible to sleep even in earplugs, the next day they changed the room to connect 🥲- the hotel staff assure that these are the "best" rooms and that we already had a free upgrade (I bow to the feet).
In general, after barely surviving 4 days, we moved to another hotel at our own expense. Otherwise, the rest would have been ruined completely.

Don't come to this hotel!!!! We are now in it, and the hotel is undergoing reconstruction both day and night! Noise interferes with sleep , the hotel's territory is covered in red ribbons, equipment is working on the beach and it is dug up !!!! There was no information about this either on the hotel's website or from the tour operator!!! Anex employees do not take any measures! The hotel staff does not respond to complaints! The bar is open from 10 (from 11 alcohol) until the evening. The menu has everything: martinis, champagne, beer (in bottles), soda (in jars), juices, all kinds of cocktails (aperol syringe, mojito).
Beach towels are given out, it is fashionable to change constantly.
Food by vouchers: for lunch and dinner, a voucher from the room. In a restaurant, in a bowling alley, you can order food using this voucher, but you need to pay extra for the service and some other fees.
Bowling is not expensive, you can play.
There is a spa - we did not go.
The pool is not big, cool after the hot sea)) you can cool off.
There is nowhere to walk outside the territory. We went on an excursion to Dubai. If you take a taxi, there will be traffic jams.
In the evening, live music in the lobby. There is no more entertainment.
From clothes, elongated shorts and shirts with sleeves came in handy, since air conditioners work well) in general, you can walk in any clothes.
The rooms are nice, all facing the sea. Bathrobes, slippers, a rubber band for hair and all sorts of other little things are available) coffee machine, tea in the rooms.
It's close to the airport. I recommend the hotel to those who like peace, quiet and just lying on the beach. If you need to walk, then choose another emirate)

In September 2022, I visited this hotel for the third time. The check-in was very fast, many thanks to the best receptionist Elwy Elgazzar - very polite and attentive.
Of the innovations in the hotel - now those who come using the All inclusive system need to sign checks - it's a little annoying, but apparently necessary for accounting. Towel cards have also been canceled - this is convenient.
The hotel has an excellent well-coordinated team, thanks to which a special pleasant atmosphere is felt. I would also like to mention some of the employees separately: the chef of the hotel Nicolai Schleifer is a professional of the highest level. In 7 days, in my opinion, soups have never been repeated (and there are 2 of them for lunch and dinner). I also really liked salads with quinoa, micro-green peas, Asian salads are cooked perfectly. Hot dishes of excellent quality. Desserts are super. The staff of the hotel Sundari, Loveleen, Giri, Robin, Malki, Hanmyrat, Simran, Yohan, Zaahida are also remembered. The rest of the staff also works fine - they just rarely crossed paths or don't know their names, everyone is trying. The service at Zanzi Bar is always fast and pleasant, many thanks to Giri and his colleagues. The pool bar also has excellent staff.
A very convenient system with omelets for breakfast - usually in Turkey I never have the patience to wait, but here it's a completely different matter. And the omelet cook is just super! But several times during breakfast, mint for tea ran out and then did not appear - please pay attention to this.
Near the reception there are very beautiful compositions of fresh flowers.
There was an unpleasant moment in the Blazon Lounge, when in the evening an order of three drinks was carried to us for more than 20 minutes - in the end we did not wait and went to Cafe on first. The hotel management needs to pay special attention to the quality of service in the Blazon Lounge. At Cafe on first, at any time of the day and in the evening, this has never happened, always excellent service.
