My wife and I took a taxi to the hotel from September 9 to 10 in the evening, a drunk young man came out and introduced himself as Alexey, we started asking questions about service and maintenance.Alexey started being rude and rude, said if you are not satisfied with our service, go to another hotel, the second guy was sitting at the reception and drinking alcohol, your hotel was highly recommended to us!But my wife and I did not tolerate such rudeness, we called a taxi and left!
