I liked the rooms! It is very authentic and beautiful. The bathroom is just a delight. And the most important thing is the location. The main attractions are within walking distance.
A great Turkish-style hotel, the rooms are beautiful, the staff is attentive, the breakfasts are good, conveniently located, all the sights are nearby.
It's not bad for a historical center. Excellent service inside the hotel. Among the disadvantages: a narrow street , traffic jams and a big uphill climb.
The rooftop restaurant is magnificent.

An authentic hotel - a good location - very convenient to get around and quite close to popular attractions.
The service is forgetful- sometimes they forget something, they have to leave notes)))
The concierge is convenient but it seemed a little useless - some requests could not be processed) the breakfasts are delicious - the view is amazing. But in the end, it seems to me that it is overrated. A lot of emphasis was placed in the wrong place :)
In general, everything is fine.
The plus of this hotel is the location, 5 minutes to all the iconic sights of Istanbul, a wonderful panoramic restaurant, minus the work of the maids and the reception, they did not clean very well, and most importantly, they did not leave drinking water and shampoo twice during cleaning, although we left a request for this at the reception!
I recommend this hotel. It is in the heart of Istanbul. All the sights are within walking distance. The hotel itself is cozy, the breakfasts are decent with a view of the Bosphorus.
Wonderful hotel, fabulous, beauty, cleanliness, the attitude of the staff is impeccable. We are ready to fulfill any request. The free pool with Jacuzzi, the SPA procedure is simply amazing, it is very useful to get it after an active tourist day.Water is brought to the room immediately upon request without any problems.Delicious breakfasts for every taste, and with a wonderful view of the sea and mosques. The impressions were the best, I recommend it.
The hotel is unreal. 5+ ...the food is divine, the rooms are like Sultan Suleiman's, Hurrem))) the location is ideal, sea view) breakfast of numerous fruits, delicacies) who goes to Istanbul, this hotel is the first to visit)
The hotel is clean, well maintained with a beautiful interior. The location is great. Nearby attractions, restaurants, the promenade. I liked everything.

Very clean, located in the very tourist center. Highly overvalued in terms of prices. We were greeted upon arrival with an offer to rent an even more expensive room (not a bonus, but active sales were engaged instead of greeting!). The whole hotel is decorated with artificial stone, like the countertop in the kitchen. Low ceilings, audibility from the hallway - woke up to the noise of the neighbors a couple of times. The beds are very soft, you sleep like in a pit, it was uncomfortable. The view from the windows at the queue of transport ships to the port and the local rusty self-construction (I took the upper floors, I could not overpay for it). Uncomfortable chairs in the room with hard backs. an uncomfortable bathroom, into which it is very difficult to step over a 30cm wide side. Instead of a hygienic shower, a bidet. There are no Russian TV channels! The area itself is not very good, there is shit, devastation and market chaos all around - Galata is much better.

The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel. There are a lot of beautifully dressed smiling staff, they open the door at the entrance and exit, help with luggage, carved furniture in the lobby, carpets, an expensive restaurant with a view, in general, everything is as it should be to maintain a reputation. Our room was not small with 2 Windows and a "view" of the sea, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet, clean. The interior is European, but with Turkish charm. Everything you needed was: shampoo, gel, shower cap, nail file, toothbrushes, razor, washcloths, cream, soap, towels, bathrobes, slippers, a small make-up mirror, hair dryer, all sorts of things for shoes, etc. Cosmetics, as they wrote, are expensive, but I didn't appreciate it, because I don't really understand. Each item is packed in a separate bag, even a roll of toilet paper was under a fancy cap. There was even a pillow menu and you could ask to bring, for example, an orthopedic one. The room also had free compliments from the hotel in the form of nuts and dried fruits and a paid mini-bar. The breakfasts are quite good: a large selection of cheeses, olives, fruits, vegetables, pastries, good coffee, delicious orange juice. Egg dishes can be ordered. What was missing in the room was water. The only free soda was and it wasn't brought every day. I've had enough and you've had enough. There was also no "do not disturb" sign, so we were constantly being broken into. Of course, this is not exactly a minus, you could have asked for a sign. They cleaned the room 3 times in 4 days, once they allegedly did not want to disturb us, although we were not in the room. The cleaning is bad. They change towels, stuff things in their places, but cups, for example, are not washed, new tea, water is not brought. Don't try to pay for the view! We paid for the sea view, it's not a view, it's a profanity. I'll attach a photo. They also offer to move into a corner room for a fee, the view is a little better there, but it's not worth it anyway. The location is not bad, close to the sights of the old town. But the hotel is located among the market and dirty streets, which is not very pleasant. I really hoped to visit the spa with my husband, it turned out that men and women are allowed separately. Family visits can only be arranged after 22:00. In general, the entrance to the spa is fully paid, even in the pool you just can't swim. It is a pity that I did not take pictures of the prices, but from memory about 8000 thousand rubles per visit for 40 minutes. We went to the restaurant once in the evening, the taste of the dishes is 7 out of 10, the price for 2 second courses and 2 drinks (no alcohol) is 7000 rubles. Upon departure, they were asked to pay a compulsory tip of 10 euros per day. Interestingly, when I signed this paragraph with my not very good knowledge of the language, there was no Russian-speaking staff to explain everything to me. And when I said that I didn't want to pay, because I wasn't happy with the service and generally tipped everywhere anyway, then a girl with knowledge of Russian appeared on one, two, three. Well, we paid 40 euros for 4 days at a predatory rate. To summarize, I will say that I never regret money for travel, but in this case it turns out that I bought not positive impressions, but experience. I advise you to look for another hotel in another area for your vacation.
A nice new hotel in the heart of the old town. The location is ideal for walking exits, a taxi takes you to the back of the building, check-in is inconvenient.

Greetings, fellow travelers!!!
Traveling to Istanbul is a very peculiar emotion, but! Fortunately, I can only say good things about this hotel, closing my eyes to micro-flaws.
The hotel is 5 stars, the service is excellent! The transfer is met from the airport by a branded one, a person with a tablet is waiting for you and will take you to a hotel imbued with the spirit of the entire Turkish culture.
Starting from the interior and ending with delicious dinners in the restaurant!
But there's a small flaw right away, I'll tell you about it later 😁
The staff is very friendly, but not everyone speaks Russian, but they know English well, and our favorite sign language works everywhere)))
I didn't go to the hammam, but I think he's cool at the hotel... I'll have to go next time for sure 😁
The keys are convenient for rooms, you will not lose them, a leather case, everything is luxurious and rich.
The rooms look like sultan's, all the furniture looks very nice, as if it were antique.
The bathroom looks like a hammam.
And here's a small flaw... namely, it was difficult for me personally to find food for breakfast. A varied buffet, but the food is peculiar. You can order scrambled eggs / porridge / egg Benedict from the menu, etc., but the buffet is weak.
But at dinner, the whole morning picture is turned upside down!!! Bombically delicious! What's wrong with breakfast? Well, maybe I'm being picky personally.…
Upon leaving the hotel, they gave a small gift in the form of a cup, a trifle, but it's nice😁
Pros in everything, sometimes they brought a compliment for one resident, although there are two people resting in the room. But these are small things.
Impeccable service, good and frequent rooms, excellent Azerbaijani restaurant. The only disadvantage is the lack of windows to the street. Rather, there are windows, but they overlook the courtyard and it's a little dark.
Today, on November 9th, at breakfast, my wife and I waited for the ordered dish (plowing eggs) for twenty minutes. Everyone who came later brought everything to us, and they only told us that it was five minutes. They left without waiting for the order.

Breakfast is zero 👎 60 dollars for two and there is nothing on the table
