We spent an unforgettable time at the recreation center "Ak Bulak". The magnificent view, the chic air and the pleasant atmosphere made our family vacation truly magical. This is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet with their family. We recommend it to all families who are looking for a place for a secluded and relaxing holiday.
A gorgeous ski resort with a beautiful view, the only drawback is the chairlifts to the highest point, you can freeze while you get there (a little whiskey and Cola help keep warm, so everyone should take note), but it's worth it, it's worth visiting this place at least once. If you are going to ride from the end point, it is worth thinking a few times, it takes skill and dexterity to roll down from there
The ski resort is an hour's drive from Almaty, unlike chibulak, reasonable prices, fewer people, not such difficult trails. It is better to visit on a weekday, when there are fewer people. There are rentals, instructors.A little shabby atmosphere, cafes, eateries. If you do not need Courchevel and the high cost is quite suitable for skiers and snowboarders. It's hard to park on weekends. Very careful with alcohol, the road back through the ranks of hungry gaiters, where they turn the fur inside out, even if they did not drink.
Great place , very beautiful , fresh air . We had a rest together with colleagues in a large team. We had a great time, the kitchen is also good. I advise everyone to definitely visit this place 💚
I love this resort, it is advisable to make a children's zone in the cafe in the main building, the place there allows, for a fee, to make sofas, slides and a pool with balls. Thus, attract more tourists with children. And also a paid storage room and changing rooms and normal toilets
A good place for beginner skiers and snowboarders. Wide and gentle slopes. There is a rental service, an instructor scale, and a lot of children. A wheelchair and a chairlift. Skiing on cheesecakes Is where to have a snack and drink tea. Honey. Point. In general, I normally visit regularly. I don't like the fact that parking lots are always littered with snow, so some park outside in the field, there is no lighting in indoor parking lots, you will break your legs while walking through the labyrinths. Not a convenient schedule, the time to choose from is either 4 hours or a full day. 4 hours is a lot, it turns out that all the paid time is not rolled out. If you change your mind about riding, there is no refund of the ticket. Entry is paid. But all these disadvantages are nothing compared to the received emotions and good mood.
Oh, these are unforgettable impressions and emotions, beauty and only affordable prices. It's a great track. I really liked it, I advise everyone to try skiing
A great place to relax in the mountains... Comfortable living conditions, gorgeous views from two observation decks, which can be reached on foot and by cable car...
This is where my first acquaintance with skiing began. Great instructors. You can rent all the necessary ammunition. A tip for beginners, do not ride in the fog.
a great place to learn alpine skiing, a large selection of trails for almost any level. Good instructors are 15 thousand per hour, the equipment is fully about 15 thousand plus the lift fee (free of charge for children under 6-7 years old). A high-quality inexpensive restaurant and a cool swimming pool/sauna (5000 per adult) in a nearby hotel.
1. A great place for beginners.
2. A very difficult slope for the pros from above.
3. The quality of parking is surprising and frustrating, the inconvenience of entering the Lower floor, not convenient stairs.
4. There is no delicious and reasonable restaurant on the slope. Dining room, snack places or a restaurant with snow-white tablecloths inside the hotel. There is no place for a delicious lunch at a reasonable price (
A cool winter ski vacation. Cool trails, beautiful views. A cozy hotel. The truth is, of course, a lot needs attention. But it doesn't spoil any impression. The very nature that will surround you, clean mountain air. It's worth a lot.
The slopes are good. The views are beautiful. There are a lot of people on the lift. There are no overnight ski storage rooms, which is very inconvenient! Every day you have to go up and down with them to the very bottom.
I can't appreciate the winter season, but in the summer, in my opinion, it is much more beautiful than the Cimbulac, both on the way and on the spot. And the price tag is very democratic. We were delighted
A very nice place! I enjoyed skiing down the mountains. Especially on the armchairs.
I suggest you come here! There is also a hotel with a swimming pool.
It's cool and healthy!
Come here!
Damn, a good place for a family vacation, clean air, nature, mountains in general, a very good place for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city
Stunning views, fresh air, the nature around is amazing.
The tracks are not bad, in the morning you can drive straight along the wasted one, comfortable riding
The view from the mountains is gorgeous
There are places to relax, cafes, and warm toilets
Of the advantages, clean air, stunningly beautiful nature, of the disadvantages, a small parking lot, a broken road to the parking lot and prices like in Courchevel
Ak bulak is just beckoning to ski and balloon rides. A great place for sports and outdoor activities with your family. There is a ski rental and equipment. Shop if anyone wants to buy personal gear. Cafes at affordable prices. You can hire an instructor.
The hotel and the trails are just great. I went to corporate, I was there for a week. There is only one track there, but it is very diverse. Nature is also very rich and beautiful, especially from above. In addition, there is a swimming pool and a dining room. The rooms are just perfectly clean and red with a balcony overlooking the mountains.
A great freeride resort at the top of the trails. But we were forbidden to ride there, and it is impossible to drive on the tracks there. But the tracks from the middle of the height are quite cool and well maintained. I advise those who live nearby to go for it from afar is not worth it. And so do I.
It's not the first year I've been vacationing here with friends. A great place for skiing or snowboarding. A long highway with branches into a birch and pine grove. Very beautiful. I advise everyone.
Like, on weekdays in the morning, out of 16 lifts, I only shared a lift cabin with someone a couple of times. Pretty - you ride almost alone, there is no one. There are no beginners and tourists - they are all on another ski slope
Many thanks to Ak Bulak ski resort for a pleasant and active weekend! And special thanks to Instructor Jondo. I put on skis in one lesson! The prices are much lower than in Cimbulac, and there are fewer people!
You will have to change your positive feedback.
1. Crazy prices at catering outlets. 2. They stopped wasting the slope below, one strip of snowmobile and that's it.
3. In March, for the second year, the hill number 5 in the forest is closed, allegedly because of avalanches. As a result, the fan park is unavailable. Nirazu didn't even see any signs of an avalanche there.
4. The black track is inaccessible for skiing in 90% of cases. Either there is ice or there is a lot of snow and they don't open it.
5. There are huge puddles and mud in the parking lot.
Old review:
A great place for beginners and advanced skiers and boarders. There is an opportunity to drive calmly and fanatically in the valley, as well as to get rid of adrenaline on the black slope. A lot of snow and small queues in the morning!
Quite often we come here to ski, as the hill is flat. Good slides with natural snow cover, reasonable prices, good instructors of the Mountain Style school, especially Maria.
I liked the beauty of the scenery, good preparation of the trails. It's a little more expensive than Shymkent, but it's worth it. There are fewer people than the last resort. There should be more cafes, otherwise they cook for quite a long time during rush hour.
Skis, boots, etc. are pretty shabby.. it is better to rent somewhere in the city.
A great place for beginners is a wide track.. It 's not as cool as in Shymkent ..
The presence of a black track is for the confident .. it is especially good after good precipitation in the form of snow
A great resort.
In comparison with Zimbulak and Oi-Karagai, it takes the fact that there are all kinds of variations of descent among the trees (outside the main route). There is also a separate ski lift in the same forest.
For fans of this kind, my recommendation ;)
I'll start with the cons:
1. we were unlucky, one lift did not work on the weekend.queues are huge for one😖7,000 tenge was paid for 4 hours of skiing for one, of which at least 1.5 hours were spent standing in line
2. Terrible parking,inconvenient and dangerous.
3. Guys, you made a toilet for 150 tenge and at the same time they are in the most terrible condition, I have not seen this even in the most seedy quarters. And the most "cherry" is the cashier, who unwinds your toilet paper with her own hands. It's unhygienic!! For the toilet minus 10 points
4. There are no normal cafes, just stalls with tea and food. You won't be able to keep warm much. For two teas, samsa and a terrible croissant with condensed milk, they gave 5500 tenge.
On the plus side: I liked that it is possible for beginners to ride here, and continuing, and pros. There is a separate lift to the black track, it is very tough there, but we did not ride there, I just recommend going up and taking a look, it is very beautiful there.
Still, it is cheaper here than in Shimbulak, but a little "collective farm". It took almost 2 hours to get back to the city.
A favorite place almost all year round. In winter, skiing. In summer, there are radial hikes with panoramic views of Lake Issyk and the surroundings of the rocky peaks.
We had a good ride on a weekday. I was pleased with the track from the last lift. Gorgeous nature and many descent options. The cable cars are excellent, they don't get stuck
It is interesting to climb the funicular. I personally did not ride, but I saw the tracks and how people rode. At the very top, the view was very beautiful and excellent.
Thank you for reading my comment.
A great place for a family vacation and just a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Peace, tranquility, pool, mountains, sun or snow in winter to your taste!
Excellent mountains, a good wheelchair, at different levels. When puffy, the black track is great. I would like to add another service, a normal changing area, lockers are enough and a great alternative to other resorts.
Not a bad slope. It is especially suitable for beginners. An ice rink with the possibility to rent skates. Not a bad road. Of the disadvantages, it is a little far in time (compared to Medeu)
It's just a winter joy. My favorite place. The tracks are not long, but they are familiar. I really like. And most importantly, it's not very crowded. You can enjoy a ride.
Oh, those were not transferable sensations! We got here in the snow. But that didn't stop us, and we decided to take a ride on the cable car anyway. It was breathtaking!
Nice trails, few people, cool Bush thing in the woods) BUT the infrastructure is tough. A paid toilet, everything is worn out (The coaching staff stands at the entrance from the travelator at the school and sells their services like guides who are on tourist spots. It's a shame that the potential of the place is so underutilized (and that the coaching staff is forced to stand at the entrance and squeeze out students for themselves (
