Beautiful landscapes. The air is fresh.
We need to try and ride on these tracks. It is advisable to arrive early on weekends. Parking spaces are convenient to take.
The black highway is a separate topic. For professionals and extreme athletes. But at the top of the beauty!!!
The staff works well to arrange for the lifts. As for the food, it's not bad, however, you'll have to wait for a table on the weekend.
A gorgeous ski resort with a beautiful view, the only drawback is the chairlifts to the highest point, you can freeze while you get there (a little whiskey and Cola help keep warm, so everyone should take note), but it's worth it, it's worth visiting this place at least once. If you are going to ride from the end point, it is worth thinking a few times, it takes skill and dexterity to roll down from there
A place for family holidays. The snow has been lying for a very long time, as the place is located in the mountains. There are a variety of trails for both children and adults. The views of the mountains are amazing, fresh air, clean snow. This place was recommended to us by the guys from bigtrip.kz, they showed us the most beautiful nature of Kazakhstan.
Great place , very beautiful , fresh air . We had a rest together with colleagues in a large team. We had a great time, the kitchen is also good. I advise everyone to definitely visit this place 💚
The ski resort is an hour's drive from Almaty, unlike chibulak, reasonable prices, fewer people, not such difficult trails. It is better to visit on a weekday, when there are fewer people. There are rentals, instructors.A little shabby atmosphere, cafes, eateries. If you do not need Courchevel and the high cost is quite suitable for skiers and snowboarders. It's hard to park on weekends. Very careful with alcohol, the road back through the ranks of hungry gaiters, where they turn the fur inside out, even if they did not drink.
A great place to relax both in winter and summer
The nature is simply gorgeous.
Skiing is great, both for learning and for the experienced.
Horseback riding or hiking in summer
Nice hotel, swimming pool, restaurant
We spent an unforgettable time at the recreation center "Ak Bulak". The magnificent view, the chic air and the pleasant atmosphere made our family vacation truly magical. This is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet with their family. We recommend it to all families who are looking for a place for a secluded and relaxing holiday.
Excellent slopes for beginners, excellent instructor Niyaz, who explained everything clearly, controlled, insured and generally put me on skis in 20 minutes. So Ak Bulak is forever in my heart ♥️
Oh, these are unforgettable impressions and emotions, beauty and only affordable prices. It's a great track. I really liked it, I advise everyone to try skiing
A good place for beginner skiers and snowboarders. Wide and gentle slopes. There is a rental service, an instructor scale, and a lot of children. A wheelchair and a chairlift. Skiing on cheesecakes Is where to have a snack and drink tea. Honey. Point. In general, I normally visit regularly. I don't like the fact that parking lots are always littered with snow, so some park outside in the field, there is no lighting in indoor parking lots, you will break your legs while walking through the labyrinths. Not a convenient schedule, the time to choose from is either 4 hours or a full day. 4 hours is a lot, it turns out that all the paid time is not rolled out. If you change your mind about riding, there is no refund of the ticket. Entry is paid. But all these disadvantages are nothing compared to the received emotions and good mood.
A great place to relax in the mountains... Comfortable living conditions, gorgeous views from two observation decks, which can be reached on foot and by cable car...
A very unpleasant feeling remained afterwards. We came on a day off to ride balloons. We had our own tank. So not only were we not allowed inside, but the staff, in the form of a big bully, just grabbed onto our balloon and yelled at us. My three-year-old child was sitting on the balloon for a minute. The employee did not respond to the request to release that the child was scared. He just clung to her husband's arm and wouldn't let go and screamed. It's like we're criminals. We weren't going to go in there after that. They were allowed to enter there only by renting their cylinders, the price was 5000 tenge/hour. There is only one slide, the queue is a kilometer long, and half an hour of this hour goes away while waiting for your turn to descend. The queue is first to rent the cylinders, then another queue for the slide. It turns out that for 5,000 tenge you only manage to get down once! What kind of business is this out of thin air? A scam of pure water! And if the family has many children? Do you have to pay 20,000 to roll down this miserable slide once? I won't recommend it to anyone else. It's better to go to the free roller coaster before you get there. It's sunny there, and there are several of them, and most importantly, it's free. The main thing is to get the cylinders somewhere.
I am so glad that this time we went to Akbulak. Since we are not yet professionals, Akbulak is the best thing for us. Gentle slopes. The year before last, at another ski resort, I was afraid that I seemed to be on the ridge of the mountains, and that there were sharp cliffs behind the nets, I thought I would no longer ski. And in Akbulak there are no such cliffs at any height, or I did not notice. We will definitely come back.
We had a rest in a small company, New Year's Eve holidays. Little Switzerland. The rooms are clean, tidy, and most importantly in the winter season, the heat is in the room, and this is very important!
There is a single BUT.... THE RESTAURANT SERVICE IS LOUSY:(, they asked for bread for a long time, and much more:)
And so, the place to relax is COOL!!!
The sky-high cost of parking is 2000 tenge, the cost of ski passes this year is very high, despite the fact that there have been no changes at the resort since last year. It's a long way to go, parking after 12.00 turns into hell: parking attendants only take money, cars are parked everywhere, it's inconvenient to leave, huge pits, sometimes it's problematic to drive in a sedan. We only go because of the coach, otherwise the resort has become very bad. There is one cafe with a paid toilet, the rest are eateries without a toilet with stools
It 's a pity that a ski resort in such a place is slowly being blown away .
The last time the family paid 47,000 for 4 ski passes , these are 2 adults and 2 children , the daughter is 12 years old , they were charged as young people .
Parking 2000 thousand , toilet 150 tenge .
So it turned out to be $ 100 per family, and this is without rental, card purchase, and even without tea)))
I love this resort, it is advisable to make a children's zone in the cafe in the main building, the place there allows, for a fee, to make sofas, slides and a pool with balls. Thus, attract more tourists with children. And also a paid storage room and changing rooms and normal toilets
This is where my first acquaintance with skiing began. Great instructors. You can rent all the necessary ammunition. A tip for beginners, do not ride in the fog.
The complex was built back in Soviet times and was modern for those times, but now it lacks order in the parking lot, and evening skiing is scarce with poor light, a short track, a weak short track and huge queues. The snow was dry and old, and the guns weren't working. They rolled down 3 times and left. Recommend not b\
a great place to learn alpine skiing, a large selection of trails for almost any level. Good instructors are 15 thousand per hour, the equipment is fully about 15 thousand plus the lift fee (free of charge for children under 6-7 years old). A high-quality inexpensive restaurant and a cool swimming pool/sauna (5000 per adult) in a nearby hotel.
Very good gentle slopes for beginner skiers. There are few people on weekdays, which allows for productive skating .Of the disadvantages, online replenishment of ski passes.
1. A great place for beginners.
2. A very difficult slope for the pros from above.
3. The quality of parking is surprising and frustrating, the inconvenience of entering the Lower floor, not convenient stairs.
4. There is no delicious and reasonable restaurant on the slope. Dining room, snack places or a restaurant with snow-white tablecloths inside the hotel. There is no place for a delicious lunch at a reasonable price (
I can't appreciate the winter season, but in the summer, in my opinion, it is much more beautiful than the Cimbulac, both on the way and on the spot. And the price tag is very democratic. We were delighted
Terrible service. Instead of a barrier, there are 3 employees with the QR code Kaspi at the entrance. Then you need to climb up the hill on a non-working escalator. There are only paid dirty toilets in the complex, where the hand dryer does not work and there are no paper towels. In the cafe, they came to us only after 40 minutes to clean the table. I have no desire to return here and would never recommend this resort to anyone. The queues for the lift are 40 minutes long, with half of the seats leaving empty.
Damn, a good place for a family vacation, clean air, nature, mountains in general, a very good place for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city
A cool winter ski vacation. Cool trails, beautiful views. A cozy hotel. The truth is, of course, a lot needs attention. But it doesn't spoil any impression. The very nature that will surround you, clean mountain air. It's worth a lot.
Excellent ski resort. However, there is a small drawback, there is not enough lighting on the tracks at the end of December in early January, by the time the afternoon session ends, it is already dark on the tracks, so it would be great if there were lights that would help complete the races.
Of the advantages, clean air, stunningly beautiful nature, of the disadvantages, a small parking lot, a broken road to the parking lot and prices like in Courchevel
A very nice place! I enjoyed skiing down the mountains. Especially on the armchairs.
I suggest you come here! There is also a hotel with a swimming pool.
It's cool and healthy!
Come here!
The resort is good, but I was unlucky enough to hire an instructor of 70+, his name was Sergey Alekseevich. The teaching method is to yell "why don't you get up on the edge, see how I'm driving, get up on the edge!!". He asked us to show him the exercises, but we never did the exercises. This is the second time I've sworn off hiring retired instructors, and they're yelling at me for my money.
Stunning views, fresh air, the nature around is amazing.
The tracks are not bad, in the morning you can drive straight along the wasted one, comfortable riding
The view from the mountains is gorgeous
There are places to relax, cafes, and warm toilets
It is very beautiful in the mountains, fresh air, beautiful views. But there is a separate issue of maintenance... What to pay for at the entrance to the parking lot, until you arrive this section from the barrier to the parking place is a horror, at least patch up the asphalt, there is a maximum of 300 meters to go, but the whole road is broken, what are you taking money for? Three times: for some reason, pensioners are free only on weekdays, but on weekends, what? Are you staying at home? Who invented this? Please explain where it is written in what law. There is garbage in the parking lots, I understand that it is clean where they do not stand, but if you take money, then at least take out the garbage... It is very sad that you do not have an economic streak, and a lot of foreigners come, it is even a shame. Such a beautiful place, brought into a personal business, simply..... on which, they only profit, but they do not want to invest. The lifts are dirty, everything is shabby, you can at least restore it... If you close for low prices, I definitely recommend it, it's very beautiful there. The lift costs 1,500 for each lift, but they also charge 300 for something unclear.
The hotel and the trails are just great. I went to corporate, I was there for a week. There is only one track there, but it is very diverse. Nature is also very rich and beautiful, especially from above. In addition, there is a swimming pool and a dining room. The rooms are just perfectly clean and red with a balcony overlooking the mountains.
Like, on weekdays in the morning, out of 16 lifts, I only shared a lift cabin with someone a couple of times. Pretty - you ride almost alone, there is no one. There are no beginners and tourists - they are all on another ski slope
Ak bulak is just beckoning to ski and balloon rides. A great place for sports and outdoor activities with your family. There is a ski rental and equipment. Shop if anyone wants to buy personal gear. Cafes at affordable prices. You can hire an instructor.
A great freeride resort at the top of the trails. But we were forbidden to ride there, and it is impossible to drive on the tracks there. But the tracks from the middle of the height are quite cool and well maintained. I advise those who live nearby to go for it from afar is not worth it. And so do I.
It's not the first year I've been vacationing here with friends. A great place for skiing or snowboarding. A long highway with branches into a birch and pine grove. Very beautiful. I advise everyone.
Many thanks to Ak Bulak ski resort for a pleasant and active weekend! And special thanks to Instructor Jondo. I put on skis in one lesson! The prices are much lower than in Cimbulac, and there are fewer people!
Quite often we come here to ski, as the hill is flat. Good slides with natural snow cover, reasonable prices, good instructors of the Mountain Style school, especially Maria.
You will have to change your positive feedback.
1. Crazy prices at catering outlets. 2. They stopped wasting the slope below, one strip of snowmobile and that's it.
3. In March, for the second year, the hill number 5 in the forest is closed, allegedly because of avalanches. As a result, the fan park is unavailable. Nirazu didn't even see any signs of an avalanche there.
4. The black track is inaccessible for skiing in 90% of cases. Either there is ice or there is a lot of snow and they don't open it.
5. There are huge puddles and mud in the parking lot.
Old review:
A great place for beginners and advanced skiers and boarders. There is an opportunity to drive calmly and fanatically in the valley, as well as to get rid of adrenaline on the black slope. A lot of snow and small queues in the morning!
I liked the beauty of the scenery, good preparation of the trails. It's a little more expensive than Shymkent, but it's worth it. There are fewer people than the last resort. There should be more cafes, otherwise they cook for quite a long time during rush hour.
