We came to this hotel for an event in the conference hall
The views are gorgeous, the hotel is cool, the nature is amazing
But the service leaves much to be desired.
It is impossible to eat in a cafe (restaurant). The tables are not cleaned, most of the dishes are not there, in order to make an order and then pay off, I had to run and look for waiters.
Apparently, the end of the ski season had an effect, but the feeling of neglect did not leave
A good hotel, good trails, few people queuing on weekdays, average rooms, the food in the hotel is not very good, there is a bar nearby on the hill, there are not bad kebabs like in Soviet times, the price is 2600 tenge . There is another bar near the cash register, where there is already a better tea and fruit coffee pizza khachapuri. Skypass prices are not expensive. Instructors at 15,000 tenge per hour. In principle, it's not bad even for beginners. But the black track at the very top is not difficult for everyone.
Akbulak is a pleasant place for recreation and family walks. Clean air, picturesque mountain views and manicured paths make it a great place for walking and sports. There are picnic areas, which adds convenience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city!
