I'll give one ball for the beautiful nature of the Soldier's Gorge - a gorgeous view, fresh air! The hotel has disgusting service, broken furniture and plumbing, torn bed linen. Restaurant - stale food, service 2 points out of 5. In general, the prices for everything are incredibly overpriced. The service is not even close to worth the money.

I liked everything except the staff, the staff doesn't give a shit about the customers, we arrived overnight on Sunday, no one warned that the rope would work from 12 on Monday, the bowling alley did not work, the pool was until 21-00. I spent 250,000 tenge, I think it was not worth it.
