The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. It is not located in the tourist part of the city. But the chic sauna complex at the hotel can be visited separately.

We are from another city, unknowingly the city of Almaty settled in this hotel, just horror, dirt, everything is broken, stinking damp and smoky, the bed is dirty, when the door was opened, a woodlouse ran out to meet ... disgusting ... it was very late I had to spend the night in fear that no one would crawl to you! We left the hotel early in the morning.
