Good business center, convenient location. Ventilation inside is intermittent: it can be terribly cold in the off-season, and unbearably stuffy when the weather is clear.

The building looks good, the location is controversial - there is no normal store in the area. Air conditioning is generally a separate topic - it's always hot and cold. There is no fresh air in the open space at all (special thanks to those who came up with large rooms without opening windows, it is not possible to breathe indoors). In short, if you want to visit the sauna, then welcome to the business center "Academy". One more thing, in the morning the ventilation smells rotten.
