The question was rhetorical, because despite the fact that I explained what I wanted, she drew a completely different shape. When I said it wasn't that. She replied rather rudely that she was a Master and she knew better what I needed and generally we didn't have time. This is despite the fact that the website states that the duration of the procedure in the "elite" and "premium" segment is 2 hours. 1 hour - drawing, selection of shapes, colors, etc. I came without delay! Even 10 minutes earlier. As a result, what should have taken 1 hour took 15 minutes. My mistake is that I just didn't leave. But I thought maybe I would really trust the "Master". She answered my questions in a boorish tone, "you should have read on the Internet" or "you're married for the first time." Is this even normal?! It's been half a year, but I'm still shocked by such rudeness! For quite a lot of money! in general, "perfect permanent" has neither quality nor service! Thank God, I'm closer to the blonde type, so my tattoo started disappearing after half a year. I would not recommend going there!

For the first time in my life, I am writing a review, because I want to protect girls from visiting this salon and the advertised would-be master. I visited Ksenia Pisana in February of this year, she gave me a procedure to remove the old eyebrow tattoo with a laser. An hour after the procedure, I started to have swelling, the next day the swelling became even stronger and moved to my eyes, on the 3rd day my eyes swam completely. I had to go to the Boris clinic. The treatment took 10 days. The doctors at the clinic were outraged that such consequences resulted after an ordinary laser procedure, as well as the fact that Ksenia performed the procedure without protective glasses, because it led to a deterioration of my vision! When I wrote to Ksenia about the problems that had arisen, she not only did not help me, she blocked me. Of course, I was outraged by this attitude, but I didn't think to write anything. A little later, I came to my salon for hair coloring, told the girls about Ksenia, and it turns out they already had three girls with complaints after microblading from Ksenia Pisana. Some had the same swelling, others after three months of wearing the tattoo, it came off and strange spots appeared. That's why the girls asked me to write a review so that I would protect the others! Choose only carefully checked salons or clinics for such procedures!
