We rested in a two-room room on the 4th floor. The room is in good condition, with a small kitchen. The air conditioner periodically poured directly into the room, I had to substitute a bucket and put a towel so as not to flood the entire floor. In two weeks, towels and toilet paper were changed once. The garbage was taken out daily. There were always empty seats in the dining room, yogurt in the morning, cottage cheese casserole in the afternoon and evening, bad coffee and good tea. Wi-Fi was free even in the room. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea, the sun beds were always free, and the water was clean. The vacationers are Turks and a few Europeans. Turks smoke a lot and everywhere, Europeans drink, but after 23.00 it was calm. If you do not find fault with everyday details, then the location of the hotel and the beach are beautiful

The hotel is disgusting, we arrived at 12 at night and the manager says there are no places, they have problems with the sewerage, wait until 14 the next day, I had to call a direct line, with a scandal, we strangers were put in one room until the morning, at 13 o'clock I was given a separate three-bed room, the night manager turns on the fool that he recently worked and they didn't tell him anything. The rooms have weathered walls, the kinders are old, the television is one Russian channel, the food is meager and monotonous, there has never been meat in a week, there is no fish either, the coffee machine did not work, the finger-thick dust on the juicer, only apples and oranges from fruits, not watermelons or melons, although it was the season. The hotel has some problems with check-in, with food, drinks, two days, there was no beer. The Mongolian cleaner cleaned the room once, she also gave water once, the Internet did not work for half a day, the disco did not work until 22 to 23. They promised to ask for lunch before departure, but at three in the morning the manager turned on the fool again that they did not leave him. I don't advise anyone to take this hotel, if only for free. The beach is disgusting and narrow, the entrance is through rocks or must be avoided, the sun beds are old wooden, the umbrellas are crooked and full of holes. A Turk on the beach gropes women. There are no advantages, only disadvantages. Who will cancel the review?

The pool is dirty, they don't clean it at all, the filters seem to have broken even before my arrival on 30.09.24, but so far 5.10.24 have not done anything. There is simply no food, for all the time there was chicken for dinner 3 times and that was not enough for everyone, 2 times there was soy meat as dog food, for lunch only soup and pasta or soup and potatoes, apples from fruits and then not always, there are no sweets, grass and tomatoes with cucumbers from vegetables, for breakfast of vegetables, zucchini and pepper were eggplant once, eggs are only boiled, they are already sick, except for eggs, only sausages, defrosted sausage and cheese, good cheese. In general, we are starving, we are really starving, that's all inclusive in this hotel. Everyone complains, but reviews are not published, an Intourist sells a tour from Russia, but they don't care about anything, like if you want to eat, go to a cafe and don't care that people paid for everything inclusive. Of the advantages, we were given a good room, from the second time, that's all. The transfer to the beach is only until 16:00, it's a long way to go, there are half-broken umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, well, apparently the end of the season and there is nothing to replace it with. I would like to sue Intourist for such tours.
